FRONTIER LINES – Wagrain, Salzburg, Austria & Bavaria. Enlargements of
maps from four centuries are exhibited on July 7th at the mountain station of
the G-Link – a cable car which leads across the valley Wagrain-Kleinarl. This
special exhibition at 1.200m sea level and the exhibition “Innengrenzen” at
Waggerl house are all about “Salzburg 20.16” to celebrate 200 years of Salzburg belonging to Austria. The maps show the territorial changes of the region
from the times of Archbishopric Salzburg until the present day. A special focus
lies on geological maps and the modern ski panoramas of Wagrain – basically
from the map to the app

Over 30 adventure stations on the mountain. The “Grafenbergbahn” lift
will take you comfortably to an elevation of 1,700 m and a wonderful world
of nature and mountains. Well-marked and stroller-accessible walking
and hiking paths, surrounded by impressive mountains, lead from one adventure station to the next: from the Grafenbergsee by raft or footbridge
to the Bee Trail, past a giant jumping pillow and the sand playground, then
down the Hachau slide to the low-ropes course and Hachau Water.
The forest swings are surrounded by other activity stations such as a
2-story climbing stadium, the barefoot path, the kids’ triple zipline, and the
huge rope pyramid, before the “Path of Fascination” leads back to the
Kinderalm. It’s fun for the whole day, for the little ones and also for the
kids-at-heart.
