The tested equipment was exposed to the seismic qualification test according to CSN IEC 980 ( 1993,
par. 6 (in frequency range 1 Hz - 33 Hz). There was no mechanical failure or damage caused by tests,
the test item under tests found to be functional during tests and after tests.
The test result is relating for specific line types.
The expanded measurement uncertainty is a product of a measurement standard uncertainty and
a coverage factor K=2, this corresponds to a coverage probability 95 % offor a normal distribution.

The test aim
The aim of the test was to verify seismic qualification of the tested device in specific
performance according to CSN IEC 980: 1993 par. 6. The test was performed according to the
specification for seismic testing for nuclear power plant Dukovany, rep002-07.vys, revO", with
amplification factor 4.5, for SO 805 + 14.7 m and SO 806 +9.6 m for EDU, with acceptance of the
specification for EDU R080-2005-12.edu.
During and after the test will be a functional check performed.

The test procedure and Test results
The tested items were fastened on the panel and on the console made of the steel profiles
which enabled fastening on the shaking table. The devices were connected via conductors. This
enabled connection to the control devices. Continuous control of the mechanical damage was
made visually during and after the testing, control of the function during the seismic testing.
Before the testing was an entering inspection made so as the control of the device connection
and a functional check - without defects.
3.1 Resonance search test - axis
ex, Y, Z)
The test was carried out with swept sinusoidal vibrations in the frequency range
2 Hz - 50 Hz with constant amplitude of acceleration 0,2 g, s with sweep rate 0,2 Hzlsec in all of
the three orthogonal axis. Order of the equipment during the test is on pictures 1-8.

3.2 Seismic qualification test in longitudinal axis ex)
The devices were connected to the measuring equipment. The test was carried out under
100% excitation with time dependent acceleration according to the specification (longitudinal
axis X). During the test were all devices functional. Panels with devices during the testing
procedure are captured on pictures. 1 and 2.
3.3 Seismic qualification test in transversal axis (Y)
The devices were connected to the measuring equipment. The test was carried out under
100% excitation with time dependent acceleration according to the specification (transversal axis
Y). During the test were all devices functional. Panels with devices during the testing procedure
are captured on pictures 3, 4.
3.4 Seismic qualification test in vertical axis (Z)
The devices were connected to the measuring equipment. The test was carried out under
100% excitation with time dependent acceleration according to the specification (vertical axis Z).
During the test were all devices functional. Panels with devices during the testing procedure are
captured on pictures 5, 6.
6.2
Functional test and post-test check
After the testing procedure was a functional test and after test control of the tested equipment
made. There was no mechanical damage found and all devices were functional.

Tested components (devices), which are typical species of production lines used on EDU,
were tested on seismic resistivity according to CSN IEC 980. The test was carried out in
harmony with the specification for seismic testing for nuclear power plant Dukovany, rep00207.vys, revO", with amplification factor 4.5, for SO 805 +14.7 m and SO 806 +9.6 m for
EDU, with a respect to the specification for EDU R080-2005-12.edu.for EDU R080-200512.edu.
During the testing were devices connected to a grid 230 V. The disconnection of the
signal was controlled via viewing device Yokogava of the model series DXI00
SN 27CA33489 2. Output signals were before, during and right after the seismic test without
signal interruption.
There was no mechanical or other damage (loosening or displacement) found. The
electrical functionality of the tested devices and components was not disrupted and there was
no fake signal during and after the testing found.
During and after the testing were no defects found, devices were functional, parameters
matched to the prescribed values.
Technical commentary to the results of the tests has only an informational
character and is above accreditation of the test department.
