The Incognito™ Appliance System is designed to help orthodontists meet
the growing preference for invisible, convenient and comfortable orthodontic
care. The Incognito System features fully customized brackets, archwires and
bonding trays using CAD/CAM technology to deliver predictable, efficient and
effective treatment outcomes. Featuring fixed brackets, the Incognito System
can be used to treat a wide range of patients and orthodontic case types.

New! Incognito™ Lite Appliance System
3-3 Goes Digital
The Incognito™ Lite Appliance System, a product specially bundled for simple 3-3 malocclusions, delivers the same benefits of aesthetics
and customization as the Incognito™ Appliance System. The Lite System offers:
• An ideal treatment option for adult relapse cases or for patients who need only minor, anterior tooth movement.
• Maximum patient comfort with brackets placed only 3-3, or 4-4 if anchorage is needed. Most patients acclimate faster than with
a full arch treatment.
• A 100% digital setup and is the first product in the Incognito System family to utilize this 3M proprietary technology...
taking that next step in creating the digital workflow.

Incognito™ Appliance System Pricing Program
Submit more cases and qualify for lower case pricing! The Incognito™ Appliance System pricing program sets case pricing for the
entire year. Pricing levels will be determined by the previous year’s (January to December) total cases shipped, regardless of case type.
And if the next level is reached by June 30, case fees will be reduced for cases submitted beginning August 1.
The Incognito™ Lite Appliance System has been specifically bundled to correct simple 3-3 malocclusions. As such, special pricing has been
made available to give your practice more flexibility in setting patient fees.

On-Site Training (6-8 CE Credits)
After attending a certification course, this On-Site Training is the next key to successful implementation
of the Incognito Appliance System into the practice. An experienced clinical trainer will come to the
office for an entire day! They will work closely with the doctor and the entire staff:
• to implement systems and processes for optimal case management, such as scheduling and ordering
• to review all of the imperative procedure techniques, from impressions to bonding to archwire ligation
• to provide ideas how to market the Incognito System inside and outside the practice, including role
playing on how to gain case acceptance
This service is especially recommended for the doctor’s first bonding appointment, but can be
invaluable even if the doctor has bonded 20 cases!

Clinical Training DVD
Need a quick refresher of the Certification Course? Use this DVD as a quick reference video guide for
bonding, rebonding, debonding, inserting wire, as well as the power chain, power tie and double cable.
Also included are five case presentations.

Optimizing Treatment Mechanics (6 CE Credits)
Doctor Program: Certification as an Incognito Appliance System Provider is required. If the doctor is
not currently a provider, the doctor will need to attend a certification course. In addition, 3M Unitek
strongly recommends having at least one case in treatment.
Some patients require ancillary appliances, surgery or atypical approaches to their treatment. Topics to
be covered include: treatment with TPA, Forsus™ Fatigue Resistant Device, and RPEs, how to use the
Incognito System in surgical cases, how to correct open bites and how to treat patients with impacted
teeth. See clinical case examples of these different types of special situations and discuss treatment
strategies and alternatives.
Staff Program: Become the Incognito Appliance System expert in the office! Led by an expert Clinical
Trainer, learn more about the details and importance of each procedure – from impression taking to
archwire placement – and there will be plenty of hands-on practice opportunities!

The in-office course features a full day of case studies and typodont exercises with a focus on more
advanced mechanics, followed by a day in the clinic of an experienced Incognito System practitioner.
This is an excellent course for those who have some experience treating patients with the Incognito
System and want to learn practical tips and see a variety of patients and clinical procedures.
Space is limited to 25 doctors since this is an in-office situation.
