This Campground is located in Hill County on the
east side of Lake Whitney. The county to the west
of Lake Whitney is Bosque.
In case of a tornado warning (when a tornado
has been sighted in our area), proceed to the
Comfort Stations for shelter.
Helpful hints for enduring Texas spring storms:
1. Never leave your awnings down when you
leave the Campground.
2. Don’t leave your awnings down overnight.
You might have to get out in bad weather
during the night.
3. Monitor Channel 10 on your TV stations for
the most accurate weather reports.
4. Most storms move from the west to the east.
Remember, you’re in Hill County on the east
side of Lake Whitney!
