European Railway Agency in the field of Economic Evaluations and Impact Assessm ent
He is an expert in the field of transport strategy development with focus on transport planning and
regional development, rail passenger and freight transport, especially for international corridors. He
has been involved in R&D Eu ropean Projects (Framework Programme, Interreg , Marco Polo, DG
TREN Projects) since 1995.
He is also the Project Manager for the contract service with the Italian Ministry of Transport, assisting
them in monitoring the National Operating Transport Programme, in the past (2000-2006) and up to
now (2007-2013)
