Houston’s Premiere
Developer: Friendswood
Development Company
For more than 40 years, Friendswood Development Company has been creating and perfecting
the concept of the master-planned community. Today, Friendswood Development Company
offers communities spanning from the north to the south areas of the Houston market, with
prices ranging from the low $100,000s to more than $1 million.
The developer of Houston’s very first master-planned community - Clear Lake City Friendswood Development Company introduced Houston area homebuyers to amenities such
as greenbelt trails, pocket parks and recreation centers - amenities that are still a part of each
Friendswood Development Company community.
Locations that feature highly acclaimed schools, surrounding conveniences and easy access to
major roadways, enhance communities such as Fairfield, Village Creek, WindRose, Lakes of
Savannah, Lakemont and Kingwood. And although each location offers a different look and feel
all its own, they share in their outstanding master plan created for residents today and generations to come.
Quality development is the foundation of any home. Experience is key in planning each and
every intricate detail of the community; the street patterns and traffic flow, landscaping,
recreational amenities, hardscapes, selecting the home builders and so much more. Homebuyers
want dramatic, beautiful places to call home that are also functional and well-maintained.
For over 40 years, thousands of Houstonians have made a Friendswood Development
community their home for one simple reason. Friendswood Development Co. knows
how to develop a better quality of life. From large master-planned communities to smaller
enclaves, Friendswood Development Company knows the basic formula for building successful
communities. The amenities may differ from place to place, but the leadership and innovation is
the same in each community that bears the Friendswood Development name. Executing visionary
development plans to create Houston’s most livable environments, designed to become home for
families . . . today and for generations to come.
