What is the benefit of the Citi® Health Card program for my practice?
The Citi Health Card Merchant Fees can save you money over other patient
financing programs. It also improves cash flow by speeding up the payment
process, so you can stay focused on patient care, not collections. Plus, the
Citi Health Card gives patients finance options and makes higher-cost
treatments available to them.
Is there an enrollment fee or special equipment needed to begin
the Citi Health Card program?
No, there is no program enrollment fee and there are no special
equipment requirements.
How do my patients apply?
Patients can complete the paper application at your office. Your staff can then
process the application quickly online or by phone and, if approved, charge
purchases and/or services to the client’s account immediately. Patients can also
apply online or by phone for a decision from the privacy of their own home.
How do I know if my patients will qualify?
You don’t know which of your patients will qualify, so ask everyone to apply.
With over 17 years of experience in patient financing, you may be surprised by
our approval rates. And we’ll provide a fast decision so treatment can begin
immediately for qualified applicants.
