As an organization that is flourishing, we are blessed to serve over 1,800 at-risk teens. We have seen a 6% increase in
our one-to-one mentoring programs. We know that when a teen is mentored at TreeHouse life transformation happens.
Through impactful mentoring relationships our teens begin to flourish, accomplishing our four goals of:

We are incredibly grateful for the financial achievements accomplished in 2014, made possible by our generous individual
donors who contribute 80% of our support. We are so grateful for you, as well as our incredible corporate and institutional
donors. All of you enabled us to strengthen our organization’s roots by increasing our revenue by 7% over the previous year.
We are inspired by you and your investment in our teens to make this happen.
Looking ahead, we are more dedicated than ever to further strengthen and expand TreeHouse to help hurting teens
everywhere understand that they are lovable, capable, worthwhile, loved without strings and never alone. We are thrilled
to announce the new TreeHouse Partner Network, through which we are cultivating new partnerships that will allow us to
bring living hope to more at-risk teens and tremendous growth to our organization.
The TreeHouse Partner Network (TPN) already consists of six partners, independent churches and non-profit organizations,
that want to implement TreeHouse programs with their own youth. Network partners receive ongoing support from
TreeHouse staff and access to TreeSources, our vast online resource center consisting of training and curriculum.
TPN empowers others with the truth that we already know: TreeHouse Works!
Because of you, we are growing deep in relationships with teens and wide in our partnerships with others. When
TreeHouse is flourishing, our youth flourish – and many lives are saved. We feel blessed to be in partnership with you

Growing up life was unstable. After I was born I was placed in foster care for a
year because my mom was in rehab for a crack addiction. I don’t have any baby
pictures of myself; the earliest picture I have is from 2nd grade. My dad was an
alcoholic and couldn’t take care of me. I haven’t seen him since I was 7.
Between the ages of 10 to 15 we moved almost 15 times, living with various
friends and relatives. And two different times we stayed at a shelter downtown.
Each night before bed I worried about where we were going to live the next day.
During that time, I made sure I stayed within the St. Louis Park school district.
I took the city bus to get to school and arrived everyday at 7:30 am even though
school didn’t start until 8:20. If I hadn’t done that, TreeHouse never would
have found me. One day Audrey came to the lunchroom and sat at the tables
with us. She gave us a calendar of events and invited us to come. I remember
wondering, “What is this lady trying to sell us?!” But something in me told me
to go.
I still remember my first night and remember hearing Audrey say what I now call
the TreeHouse mantra – you’re lovable, capable and worthwhile, loved without
strings and not alone. It was comforting to hear her say that, and I could tell
right away that TreeHouse was a safe haven.

Betsy became my mentor in 10th grade. We’d go to the farmer’s market and
eat raspberries, sit in the sun, bike, shop and just talk about anything and
everything. She’s always laughing, smiling and hugging. The best way I can
describe her is that she is a walking home.
My first Winter Blast is when I understood God more. It finally sunk in
that Jesus died for me when we sang the song He Came to My Rescue.
I realized He rose from the dead and is still alive and that you can
believe without seeing.
My senior year in high school I was awarded a full ride to St. Catherine
University where I’m now a sophomore. I’m majoring in social work
because through all the service projects at TreeHouse I learned that
I really like helping people. I want to give others the things I received
at TreeHouse.
Thank you for supporting an organization that is so life changing. TreeHouse
really does transform lives; I’m a prime example. And it’s not just me – there are
so many others. Because of you, I am who I am today.

The model is TreeHouse. The mission is transformation.
Nationwide the number of teens struggling to cope with their pain is in the
tens of millions. The vision of TreeHouse is to reach every one of them, but
we can’t do it alone. Through the TreeHouse Partner Network (TPN), we are
able to bring the life changing programs of TreeHouse to teens at nonprofits
and churches across America.
We empower our TreeHouse Partners with everything they need to lead
at-risk teens into lasting transformation. They receive training and ongoing
support from seasoned TreeHouse staff and have 24/7 access to the online
resource center, “TreeSources.”
