Buñuelos de viento
~ Spanish fritters
• 6 eggs
• 1 glass of anise (brandy)
• 200 g wheat flour
• 5 g salt
• 150 g butter
• Sugar and cinnamon
• 250 ml milk
for dusting
• 50 g sugar
• Oil for frying
1. Put the flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt, sugar
and anise in a bowl.
2. Mix everything and then knead well.
3. Allow the dough to rest for about an hour.
4. Form small dough balls with the help of a spoon.
5. Then fry them in a sufficient amount of oil on low heat.
6. Finally, roll the fritters in a mixture of sugar
and cinnamon.
