My passion for gaming, anime/manga, comics, music and movies has been vividly displayed in my award winning costuming work for the past nine years. What was once just a hobby is slowly developing into a budding career with my continuing success of my small cosplay replica business conducted via Etsy.com. It is also important to me to share my experience, knowledge and love for this subculture to fellow fans across the world. I have had the honor of doing this through a few Guest appearances at conventions, judging contests, online and print publications and masquerade coordinating. Has worked as cosplay spokes model for Kotobukiya, DC comics, Bandai and American Cosplay Paradise at San Diego Comic Con (2011, 2012) and Anime Expo (2008, 2010). •
Has created and ran a successful cosplay accessory and print shop on Etsy since 2010 (Windofthestars.etsy.com). •
Has appeared as a Cosplay Guest of Honor at SNAFU Con 2010, 2011 and Anime Bonanza 2011. •
Has been a cosplay craftsmanship and presentation judge; Sac-­‐Con Mar. 2008, Sac-­‐Anime Jan. 2008, 2011, 2012, Sac-­‐Con Dec 2007, Anime Bonanza 2011, SNAFU Con 2010, 2011, 2012. •
Has given panels on cosplay including, but not limited to, beginning to advance cosplay construction, armor making, resin casting, mold making, wig styling, make-­‐up, posing, photography and costume theory. •
Has worked as professional seamstress/tailor for two years and counting.
