Reservations
• Online reservations available for non-holiday, regular campsites (No cabins or cottages) at
www.jellystonesbest.com.
• Reservations are encouraged and usually necessary during busy times.
• Make reservations as soon as possible. Reservations open January 2 at 8 a.m.
• Make 2017 weekly and special package reservations NOW! $100 deposit required.
• Weekly reservation can not be shortened when made a year in advance.
• High demand sites are kept for weekly stays during busy times.
• WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES. Management reserves the right to make changes in site/rental
assignments on or before arrival. However, we do our very best not to move sites/rentals around unless
absolutely necessary.
• Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to weather, illness or work schedule.
DEPOSITS
• All deposits MUST be paid within 7 days of reservation call. (No reminders)
• Reservations without deposit will automatically be cancelled after 7 days.
• All weekend and holiday reservations are to be paid in full within 7 days of reservation call.
• Credit card charges will be processed when reservation is taken. Visa, Master Card and Discover accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Campsites: Full refunds with 7 days notice. Cancel by 6 p.m. two days prior
to arrival and receive Boo BooTM Bucks (credit slip) valid for one year for use
at the Fremont, IN location only.
Deluxe Cottages and Rustic Cabins: Full refunds with 14 days notice.
Cancel by 6 p.m., 7 days prior to arrival and receive Boo Boo Bucks (credit
slip) valid for one year for use at the Fremont, IN location only.
Golf Carts: Cancellations received by 6 p.m. the day prior to golf cart pick up
time will receive a full refund.

PET POLICY - We LOVE pets! However, all pets must be leashed, cleaned

Cottages & Cabins
DELUXE COTTAGES
• 8-person cottage has 2 separate bedrooms- one room with double
bed, one room with 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a futon in the
living room.
• 6-person cottage (8 people allowed) has 2 separate bedrooms- one
room with double bed, one room with 1 bunk bed (2 twin beds), a
futon in the living room and an open loft.
• Each cottage is equipped with a kitchenette with stovetop, sink, full
size refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. Also included
is tableware, eating utensils and pots and pans.
• Each cottage has its own bathroom and shower.
• Each cottage has heat/air unit.
• Each cottage has satellite TV and DVD player.
• Outside you will enjoy a covered porch, picnic table, charcoal grill
and fire ring.
• Bring your own bedding and towels.
• No pets allowed in or near cottages.
• No smoking allowed in cottages.

$100 deposit required.
• All off-season weekends have a 2 night minimum and can be
reserved starting Jan 2nd. Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day
have a 3 night minimum.
• Reservations taken from Jan 2 through March 31 for peak
season will be accepted for 4 night minimum based on
availability.
• April 1 we will accept less than 4 night reservations for any
time period. Based on availability.

CAMPSITES
• Rustic Sites- Tents Only. No hookups but water nearby. Picnic table
and fire ring included.
• W/E - Water and electricity at each site along with a picnic table and
fire ring.
• Lakefront W/E Sites- Water and electricity at each site that is located
on lakefront/channel front along with picnic table and fire ring.
• W/E/S (full hookup)- Water, electricity, and sewer at each site along
with picnic table and fire ring.
• Premium W/E/S (full hookup)- Water, electricity, and sewer at each
site with a premium location, a square picnic table, a charcoal grill
and fire ring.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ALL CAMPSITES:
• 2 night minimum on all peak season weekends and 3 night
minimum for all holidays- Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
• Traveler Express Sites available for one night only stays.
• Weekends and Holidays paid in full

Late check ins can stay in the front parking lot with water and

Tropical Paradise Weekend
June 10-12
Yogi BearTM loves the sun and we know you
do too! Sand castle building contests at the
beach, Musical Beach Towels, Duck Races at
the pool and of course there will be bingo,
arts and crafts, wagon rides and much more!

Father’s Day
June 17-19
Dads are a daughter’s first love and a son’s first
hero, and we plan on celebrating all of our
special Dads this weekend! Make him something special during craft hour, enter him in
our horseshoe and cornhole tournaments, and
get ready to play hard at our adults vs. kids
athletic field games! We’ll give Dad a special
treat at the Adults Only Horse Races too! You
will also enjoy tie-dye, wagon rides, bingo, and
much more! Gospel music by The Jubilees.
Cindy Bear’s Carnival
June 24-26
Summer is finally here and we’re having a carnival celebration! Cindy Bear™ has lots in store
for us this weekend with carnival games and
prizes, cotton candy, sno cones and more! You
will also enjoy bingo, wagon rides, ceramics!

4th of July Weekend
July 1-4 (3 night min.)
Yogi Bear loves this time of the year! Bring
your Patriotic Spirit and compete in the penny
scramble, egg toss, and cornhole tournament!

“We were introduced to your campground two years
ago by some friends and fell in love! We plan to return at least once every year. For 2015 we invited my
whole extended family and some friends to join us.
We had a total of 5 sites for a full week, we had Great
Grandparents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins,
Moms, Dads, and of course kids! We love how entertained our kids are at your campground. We never
once hear “we’re bored” from any of our 4 kids who
range in age from 6 - 15. There is always something
to do for everyone!
