Total amount of claims applied in bankruptcy estate is
13,633,529,87 EUR and belongs to several creditors. In year
2014 HETA Asset Resolution d.o.o. became creditor and owner
of claims towards company Hotel Aleksander d.o.o. which was
previously financed by Hypo Leasing d.o.o.
Claim applied by HETA Asset Resolution d.o.o. is EUR
11,008,666,03.
All information regarding Bankruptcy procedure is available

Loan is secured with two collaterals. Main collateral presents
the 5-star hotel.

The building was built in 1906 and had been renewed several
times. In 2009 hotel was completely refurbished and in 2010 the
underground garage facility for 12 cars was constructed.
The hotel also includes a catering establishment, and a wellness
centre. The hotel part has a ground floor, first and second floor
and an attic apartment. On the roof of the building there is a
large sundeck. The catering establishment includes a ground
floor with terraces and first floor.
In the hotel part of the building there are 5 standard rooms (26
m2) and 16 luxury suites with room area from 46 m2 to 109 m2.
The most prestigious room in the Alexander hotel is the
Penthouse 777 with a private 250 m2 large terrace and a
magnificent forest and park view.

Luxury yacht has an eye-catching design and is very spacious
for her size, with large interior volumes and huge outdoor
decks. Vessel features include zero speed stabilisers, a helipad
and accommodation is for 10 guests in a full beam master suite
on the main deck, two VIP staterooms and two twin cabins.
Yacht has twin 969KW Caterpillar diesel engines which gives
her a range of 4,500 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 12
knots.
Yacht has been designed as a trans-ocean motor yacht for
worldwide cruising, with an advanced displacement hull. This
means she will provide the comfort you expect whether you are
cruising in cold Alaskan waters or in the hot and humid tropics.
It has steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Hull and
superstructure finished with AWLGRIP paint system and all
decks are laid in 20mm teak.
