Tips on Creating an Allergy Free Home
Creating an allergy free home can be achieved and the results are enormously
beneficial to you and your family.

A first class Hepa air purifier is an absolute must for
an allergy sufferer. A Hepa air purifier will trap the
tiny lung penetrating particles, which are the ones
that get into your bloodstream and cause all the
problems.
Using a good Hepa vacuum should also be part of
your war against allergens. Diligently vacuuming
dust particles which have settled, will prevent them
from being disturbed and becoming airborne again
when you could breathe them in.
Use natural materials for your bed and bedding which are inhospitable to mold
and dust mites. These include silk, wool and cotton, and latex. Use dust mite
covers on your mattress, pillows and comforter. Wash your bedding once a
week in 140° F water to kill dust mites.
Use a vapor steam cleaner, a chemical free way to kill mold and dust mites.
