Agents - MAN (Agent Debit/Credit) and ADM/ACM Request
Maximum & Minimum Values
Agents can query the maximum and minimum values allowed for the currencies used in
the corresponding BSP. When issuing a MAN or an ADM/ACM Request transaction,
agents are able to select the currency in which the transaction will be issued.
The MAN and ADM/ACM Request will show airline's code and name along with the
maximum and minimum values allowed per airline whenever the MAN Debit/Credit issue
has been configured by the airlines, unlike when configured by the BSP, in which case it
will only show the maximum and minimum values allowed. The currencies displayed in
this option are the currencies that can be used to issue MAN (Debit and Credit)
transactions or ADM/ACM Requests.
Agents can select the airline code for the MAN issue and can also query max/min
values.

Agents can issue MAN via the on-line ACDM form once the currency has been selected.
Please note that an error message will be displayed if the user tries to issue without
including a related ticket document number, or if it surpasses the predefined values.

Airline - MAN (Agent Debit/Credit) and ADM/ACM Request
Airlines decide whether MAN and ADM/ACM Request are available for ALL agents
or NONE under Basic Configuration – Basic Parameters.

Airlines set MAN max/min values if BSP has selected so under Basic Configuration –
MAN Debit/Credit Configuration.
Airlines have to access BSPlink - ADM/ACM Query and select ADM or ACM Requests –
Pending; afterwards all the pending ADM or ACM requests will be shown in a listing.
Airlines have to select one of the requests by clicking on the document number. Scroll
down and the user will find two possibilities - reject or authorize. After the Airlines
authorize the request, this will be included into the next possible billing (latency days are
taken into account). The Agent can view all the requests under ADM/ACM query.
