: At the current stage, and for about ten years collaborated with various companies and institutions in educational
aspects of Planning, Design, Construction, Management, and Maintenance Performance Sports. Among the most

The design and construction are based on the functional organization of a plot, existing equipment High performance-oriented
sports
The new building contains 22 Olympic sports disciplines. As strategic objective general management works plant and building

DESCRIPTION:
After superadqs two phases of selection by competition procedure , we proceed to the drafting of definitive executive .
The project is part of an overall modernization intervention of the current High Performance Sports Center of Catalunya in Sant Cugat del Vallés . Intervention within a transformation process qualitative and quantitative , where the
piece here treated is of more relevance to “ high-level sport .” Integration with existing parts and other potentially -ups
in the future, are one of the strategies for the design and functional composition of this new module. The peculiarities
of the program in each of the sports grounds and its condition dimesiones very significantly its implementation and
its place volume . We got to our proposal , a system of orderly and consistent location of the different parts , where
the peculiarities of the program allow changes in the future without major interventions , allowing versatility also
highly demanded by these types of buildings, with easy transformability .
The challenge is structural causes large spaces available lights and opted for a large colonizable structure metal
lattice girders “ warren “ , allowing to establish a stratification that combines large volumes with small weight, the
space served with the service spaces . The diversity of spaces and volumetrics are unified in a single box outside off

DESCRIPTION:
The proposal is located on the plot of the CAR of Sant Cugat and is one of the activities mentioned in future projects
listed in the new Master Plan of Sant Cugat, which has the objective to improve and expand the current offering
with new sports facilities and complementary. The integration of the business park in the environment and the ability
to interact with future projects in the area, is a great factor for a perfect relationship with the various agencies, to
promote high-level sport and its relationship with the business world.
The building has a floor area of ​​55.569m ², comprises a large retail space, located in the lower floors of the
building, a parking space, located in the underground floors of offices and a program designed with core modules
30 and 60 m² , located on the upper floors. The headquarters building will be located cluster Sector d’companies,
INDESCAT.
The parcels planning restrictions make it stand a controlled volume of heights, where the human scale is not lost and
where horizontal space is evident. By conditioning climate and sunning, the gesture will have to dump-is on an East

ADEJE - TENERIFE (Canary Islands-Spain)
Kurt Konrad, Constructions and Tourism Promotions Sports, wanted to make a sports project that would add value
to their hotel promotions. We developed an open project to high-level sports tourism, which in turn could provide
answers to local sport and tourism Social sport. Heated swimming pools, soccer fields, tennis and paddle, beach
sports stadium, gym and a hydrodynamic flow channel are main attractive offers this complex program. Was

DESCRIPTION:
It is run, designed, constructed and managed, by the private company Canaria, “Kurt Konrad, buildings and sports
tourism promotions,” a senior sports area sports supports local grassroots sport on a public land , owned by the
municipality of Adeje (Tenerife) in Administrative Concession character.
The project aims to consolidate an area where there is already the first phase of a golf course with 18 holes expandable (being expanded to 27 holes more). The philosophy of this project can be summarized in two strategic lines demanded by the Promoter. Generate a
culture center and local meetings and create a new public services building has attractive image and can be one

PHASE 1
The conception of this sport space consists of two basic elements: first, the creation of an aquatic nature sports
equipment offering sports services, current trends and usage management.
These services are necessary for the population of Montcada since the old indoor pool, a balloon does not meet the
mandatory standards and aquatic trends of the moment.
On the other hand, there is the configuration of a restructuring and consolidation of existing development and the
creation of a new centralized point of municipal utilities.
We propose a project that can grow from the basement to the corresponding height in accordance with regulations of the plot (7b). In the first stage a affectation of 3,438 m2 plot.
Also has emerged as the project management proposal next to the plot in order to consolidate the entire block,
including providing the connection to the rest of the environment allowing maximum accessibility and permeability compared to the surrounding streets and other spaces interior Bookmarking and give guidelines that allow the
City the full consolidation of the area.
PHASE 2
The custom object raises two distinct aspects , a unique building that includes two performances , the first library
libraries following the criteria of the Province of Barcelona and the second , a multipurpose room multi - functional
theater performances for 450 spectators. All on a common plant susceptible parking being extended as budget
capacity , two or more floors. This building is joined at the ground floor in a multipurpose space agora type that
performs the functions of distributor and relationship space within the entire building integrated equipment , the
parking basement joins the existing pool building the library and theater. Each and every one of these activities can
be done independently and without affecting in terms of circulation or users.
The program takes place at the end of the lot playing with the highway , taking a portion of the area affected by it.
It provides a single access road with a width of five meters to promote two-way traffic.
Considering uses , accessibility and the size of the different areas and their program , it was decided to occupy the
one hundred percent of the ground surface with greater use program (library) .
From the ground floor and using as the two programs limit the longitudinal axis of the plot is located on one side
and full height body of the multipurpose room and the other in successive floors and the rest of the program. The
service solution and escape routes is for the two programs, as it is considered unnecessary duplication. It provides
natural lighting and interior finishes warm and sound- absorbent ceiling wood and broken geometries . The triangular own the plot leads initially to adapt to it , in a phased manner , then , conscious of the need to generate light a
series of prisms that slide together through light wells . Each of the prisms adopts a geometric autonomy accepting
the maximum volume destined for the multipurpose room (theater). The exterior walls are a continuation of the
plot of the facade of pools , arranged with a grid of concrete and phenolic panels ( wood finish ) and glass , although
in this case are permeable and allow visual and physical connections .

Olympic pools are proposed as a flagship facility for Madrid, which also hold a unique event
such as the Olympic Games in 2012, will host European Championships and the World of the
specialties of swimming, water polo and synchronized swimming. However, the aim is that this
aquatic complex can be used as a sports facility for the whole municipality of Madrid on dates
before and after the Olympics. This approach requires unique and functional design program
under the concepts of development and use in addition to social and economic returns.
The definition and distribution of spaces that arises will complete the basic needs program
(Olympic) that arises in the contest generated a wide range of activities that can be performed
by all citizens, such as school and extracurricular activities, activities directed to the maintenance and additional services for subscribers, sports practice and competition, health center,
national and international competitions and covered outdoor center, technical sophistication
and high performance, and as complex culture and sport.

El proyecto salva de la demolición una antigua chimenea y rescata una de las imágenes de la memoria histórica local, Esta
chimenea permite dar nombre al Estadio.
