William Brodie and James Hamilton had many years
experience in selecting and blending coffee and teas to
satisfy the requirements of customers in Scotland and
beyond. This has continued in an unbroken tradition to the
present day.
Our mission now, as it was then, is to supply our customers
with quality coffees and teas, freshly roasted and skilfully
blended in the traditional way.
We also supply an award winning range of retail products
which includes coffee, tea, speciality cakes and our luxury
handmade chocolates lovingly crafted from our small team
of dedicated chocolatiers.

High grown in the mountains of Guatemala. The perfect growing
conditions produce a lively acidity, which is dark and chocolaty.
Old Mature Java * - strong
A quality Arabica coffee from Asia, aged to enhance its full
bodied character. A perfect after-dinner coffee.
Mysore Rich - strong
Grown in the undulating tableland of the Deccan Plateau this
full roasted coffee is low on acidity but high on flavour, with hints
of nuts and spice.
