How to register in eServices
1. Go to the website: www.capnhq.gov
2. The page you come to should look like this:
3. Once you come to this page, select “click here to register”:

4. After you register, you need to return to the main page (www.capnhq.gov) and click
password assistance:

Enter your CAP ID and press “Validate CAPID”

Add the given numbers and press “Submit”. eServices will then email you a link where you
can set your password.
7. Once you set your password, return to the main page (www.capnhq.gov) and login using
your CAPID and password. When you log in, you will be prompted to take some security
and safety courses. Make sure to complete these.
Taking the Leadership Test
1. Once you have received your books and binder in the mail, you are ready to take the
Achievement 1 Leadership Test.
2. Login to eServices with your information.
3. Once logged in, you should see this page:
Scroll down a bit, and select “Cadet Online Testing”.
4. You should then come to this page:
Select “Leadership Tests”.
5. You should come to this page:
6. Make sure to read the Chapter 1 of your leadership book. Once you do, click where it says
“Leadership Chapter 1 Test.”
(Bear in mind that this picture shows “Leadership Chapter 4 Test”. Yours will say
“Leadership Chapter 1 Test”)
7. You will then come to a page that will ask you to verify that you read Chapter 1 of the
Leadership Book, and will prompt you to take the test. You will 30 minutes to take the test.
It is 25 questions.
*Very Important: This test is open book. Do not take the test without your book.*
