2015 marks Arnott’s 25th Anniversary of manufacturing quality aftermarket air suspension products for luxury vehicles. In 1989, at
the age of twelve, Adam Arnott developed a fascination for automobiles, spending most of his free time tinkering with automobiles
and eventually building car parts in his parents’ garage in Punta Gorda, Florida. His father, Donald Arnott, immediately recognized
his son’s automotive aptitude and encouraged young Adam’s interest. The next year the pair began traveling throughout Florida,
repairing air suspension problems, often for little or no fee. Adam’s passion for cars, coupled with Donald’s selfless satisfaction
of helping others, laid the foundation for what would become the most successful, advanced, and innovative automotive air
suspension products manufacturer in the world.
Encouraged by the early acceptance, Adam and Donald wanted to take their young company to the next level—they wanted
to develop their own products: a luxury brand of air suspension replacement products for passenger vehicles. They tirelessly
researched and tested original equipment air suspension products, and soon discovered that not only could they duplicate many
of the original equipment products, but they could often improve upon existing suspension parts.
A new goal of Arnott, Inc. was to manufacture innovative products that ensured the total
satisfaction and safety of their customers.
From that Punta Gorda, Florida garage to a modest 1,000-square-foot space in a South Florida ...
to a larger facility in Central Florida ... to several growth-driven sites along Florida’s Space Coast
including Port Canaveral and now Merritt Island ... today Arnott Air Suspension is a bustling
campus of nearly 21 acres and 300,000 square feet including multi-line manufacturing processes
with laser-cutting machinery, state-of-the-art shipping, and a multi-lingual call center. In addition,
Arnott recently christened a new Engineering/Research and Development center dedicated to
developing and producing air suspension products worthy of the company slogan: “Engineered to
Ride, Built to Last™.”
Impressive growth includes Arnott recently opening a European sales and distribution center in the Netherlands. The new location
provides the entire EU zone with new and remanufactured products, some of which were previously not available for sale outside
of North America.
All told, Arnott’s success is largely the result of daily, painstaking attention to the core beliefs of customer service excellence,
incorporating the highest quality components, and providing truly affordable products backed by superior warranties. Today Arnott
continues to innovate with additional U.S. and international warehouses, a massive increase in research and development, and

Arnott offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for North American and European Union customers on all air springs, new
and remanufactured strut and shock assemblies, and coil spring conversion kits. Orders elsewhere come with a TwoYear Warranty. Arnott offers a Limited Two-Year Warranty on all air suspension compressors. Arnott’s warranty is nontransferable. If a part is defective, Arnott will either replace or repair that part, as long as it is within the Warranty period
and proof of purchase is provided. Arnott offers a One-Year Warranty for parts used in commercial vehicles. Improper use or
installation is not a manufacturer’s defect. Arnott is so confident you will be 100% satisfied with Arnott products that it offers

A: The Arnott Family commitment to lower prices is truly the foundation of our business philosophy. We have established
coveted business relationships with the biggest names in the air suspension industry, such as Goodyear, Kaiser Aluminum, and
ContiTech to name a few. We then take those materials, purchased in bulk, and assemble the parts in our USA facility. Most
importantly, we maintain a low overhead, and list our prices based on a set percentage, regardless of the application. Our
reputation and success in this industry have allowed us to do that and our customers reap the benefits. Just as we have learned
from our 25 years of automotive air suspension experience, and in accordance with our mission, we simply do it better for less.
We have the resources, the skill, and the dedication to be the most competitive manufacturer of air suspension products in the

Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
A: Most Arnott® products are engineered, tested, and assembled in America using the highest quality domestic and foreign
components. Remanufactured parts are completely rebuilt in Arnott’s facility using the manufacturers’ original equipment shocks.
Air Suspension compressors are purchased new from OE quality vendors such as AMK and WABCO and are then tested and fitted
by Arnott with application-specific mounting hardware along with other new components. Most Arnott coil spring conversion
kits are designed and assembled at our Florida facility using American-made, powder-coated springs while others are made by
domestic and foreign manufacturers to meet our rigid design and quality specifications. Arnott parts are tested, date coded and
serialized for additional quality control.
Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS?
A: Detailed installation manuals are available for most Arnott products. Arnott also has produced professional installation videos
for a growing list of products. All available manuals and videos can be accessed from the website at www.ArnottManuals.com.
Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PART IF I DO NOT WANT IT?

Q: WILL YOUR AIR SUSPENSION PARTS RIDE DIFFERENTLY FROM THE ORIGINALS?
A: No. The air springs are just like the originals. You will not notice any difference in ride quality. We design our air springs with
the same spring rate and load capabilities set by the original manufacturer.
Q: DO I HAVE TO WELD OR MODIFY MY CAR TO MAKE YOUR COIL SPRING CONVERSION KITS FIT?
A: Absolutely not! Our conversion kits are designed to mount directly to your chassis and suspension components without
modification. No special tools are necessary to install our conversion kits. Most of our kits come preassembled and ready to bolt
in. Some kits may require a spring compressor. All of our suspension brackets are specifically engineered for your vehicle.
Q: SHOULD I REPLACE THE AIR SUSPENSION PARTS OR JUST CONVERT MY CAR TO COIL SPRINGS?
A: If you like the load-leveling capabilities, or tow things with your car, then you should repair the air suspension system. If you
are tired of replacing the many components of which your air suspension consists, then an Arnott coil spring conversion kit should
be perfect for you.

DESIGNED, TESTED, AND PROVEN FOR 25 YEARS!
Arnott® recently purchased a new 68,000-square-foot building, bringing our total facility to almost
300,000 square feet on more than 21 acres. The new building now houses Arnott’s expanded Research &
Development Department, which includes a significantly larger garage with additional lifts, state-of-the-art
test equipment, and additional engineering offices.
It takes Arnott more than three years of painstaking research and development to create a new part.
Engineers start by examining used cores, looking for typical failure points, and then strive to optimize the
Arnott version. Prototypes are created using 3-D mechanical computer-aided design software and high
end 3-D printers. Working versions are then produced using CNC machines. Arnott extensively tests
all new designs and products on company-owned vehicles, driving them for countless miles.
Once a new part passes every test, Arnott uses only the finest materials … such as 6061
T6-511 aircraft quality aluminum, heavy duty crimping rings, better seals, and namebrand rubber air springs to create the finished product. Every Arnott part is thoroughly
inspected and date-coded for quality control before it is carefully packaged and shipped
to our customers, jobbers, and distributors.

AUDI/BENTLEY/VW/PORSCHE
The Volkswagen group – including Audi, VW, Porsche, and Bentley – is now one of the leading car
manufacturers in the world and Arnott® continues to develop new and innovative products for its global line
of luxury and sport vehicles. Besides enhancements to Arnott’s remanufactured A8 OE struts, Arnott also has
added its own new strut design and improved the company’s line of rugged replacement air springs for the
allroad quattro. Last year Arnott also released a new coil spring conversion kit for the Audi Q7, Volkswagen
Touareg, and Porsche Cayenne SUVs, incorporating Arnott’s patents-pending Electronic Bypass Module to
turn off dashboard suspension warning lights. Arnott also released a remanufactured front OE strut for the
newer Audi A6 (C6 chassis), which is selling well in Arnott’s new EU sales and distribution center where A6
vehicles with air suspension are very popular.

BMW’s air suspension products not only provide excellent on-road ride quality and handling, but also offer
sporty all-road features for the driving enthusiast. While the ride is a thrill, the cost to replace components
can be daunting. Arnott’s affordable new front air spring for the E53 X5 includes a patented upper mount and
bearing design with a certified weight capacity of more than 100,000 lbs. Arnott® also has released heavyduty rear air springs for the E53, E70 and E71 X5, and X6 SUVs. In addition, this year Arnott designed and
released new heavy-duty rear air springs for the E39 5-Series and Arnott-engineered new rear air shocks for
the E65 7-Series, including models with and without Electronic Damping Control.

GENERAL MOTORS
General Motors produces a record number of vehicles equipped with air suspension. Arnott® has responded
by covering virtually every GM application equipped with air and air-assisted suspensions. Arnott offers
a complete line of American-designed and assembled air suspension products, including both new and
remanufactured air struts, air compressors, and complete coil spring conversion kits.

While air suspension dates back to 1901, the Ford Motor Company popularized it for luxury vehicles with
the introduction of air suspension for the 1984 Lincoln Continental and Mark VII. Four years later, Adam
Arnott helped fix his father’s Mark VII air spring and Arnott Air Suspension was born. 25 years later, Arnott®
continues to support these early models, as well as virtually every Ford, with air suspension products for
American vehicles that are designed and assembled in America.
Arnott offers air suspension replacement
products as well as two coil spring conversion
kits for the 2003-2006 Lincoln Navigator and Ford
Expedition. Arnott’s high-performance kit
(C-2293) safely replaces the vehicle’s
air suspension, providing unbelievable
control and stability, along with precise
handling and incredible comfort. This kit
features variable-rate coil springs that
lower the vehicle by nearly two inches from
the factory ride height. Like most Arnott parts,
this kit is pre-assembled in the USA for a fast and
easy installation.

line of aftermarket air suspension replacement products and options for the Land Rover. Arnott offers new
Generation II and III air springs, designed and assembled in America to affordably fix a leaking air bladder.
The specially-designed piston in the Generation III front and rear springs gives the Range Rover suspension
a lower spring rate for off-road driving, and a higher spring rate in highway mode. The Arnott-designed
aftermarket air spring also includes a longer air spring bladder for extended travel and comfort. Arnott also
has both new and remanufactured complete air strut assemblies, fully-assembled and tested compressors,

Lexus vehicles are made with an attention to detail that sets them apart from others in the premium

suspension replacement products. Arnott’s growing Lexus replacement product line includes a new rear air
spring for the 2003-2009 GX-470 and coil spring conversion kits for the LS-400 and GX-470.

a name-brand, Continental ContiTech

MAYBACH
Maybach, with a rich history of luxury dating back to 1909, was reintroduced by Daimler in 2002. While
this large ultra-luxury vehicle did not live up to sales expectations, it did offer a technically advanced air
suspension system that costs more than $9,000 per corner to fix. Last year, Arnott® released both an air
suspension compressor for the Maybach, and remanufactured front OE air struts.
Each Arnott remanufactured OE air
strut (AS-2746) is tested, thoroughly
cleaned, repainted, and rebuilt by
hand in the USA using a new rubber
air spring bladder manufactured
by Continental ContiTech, and an
aluminum can for added protection.
The strut also features new, heavyduty crimping rings, longer-lasting
seals, plus new O-rings, new air
fitting, and a protective dust boot.
