he technologically advanced crawl space unit is the optimal solution
to the problems naturally inherent in crawl spaces. It consists of a
ventilation unit expelling air to the outside, a booster fan that draws
replenishment air from the upper levels, a unified dehumidistat control and a
backdraft damper.
By controlling both the intake and exhaust of the unit, there is no overall net
effect on air pressure and it does not interfere with the operation of
combustible appliances.
The ventilation is controlled to run at peak efficiency when there is a
demand and it will not exceed the exhaust rate of two bathroom fans; until it
brings conditions into a favorable condition. At other times, it operates 24/7 in maintenance mode
at a low rate to keep moisture and air
