When you are ready to send the ad, please follow this short checklist in order to avoid the most common problems: • Make sure you included the fonts, or that they are properly outlined. • Make sure you included the photos/artwork. • Make sure the images have adequate resolutions (150 to 300 dpi is good). • Make sure you don’t send ads with the incorrect formats such as Freehand, PowerPoint, etc. • Make sure you send the files with proper encoding – i.e. jpg or PDF. • Make sure the ad is the correct size! Send your email to: [email protected] with the Subject matter: Your customer name or tag line of your ad. It is helpful to include the run dates, the ad size, a contact name and telephone number in case we have questions. When we get a customer’s email, we send a reply message stating – Yes, we received your email, and it is fine. OR Yes, we received your email but … missing fonts; missing photos; wrong size; document unreadable by our systems; application of use; no color; etc. Please try again!
