DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for Housing accounting activities. • Prepare annual housing financial budgets with the input of the Executive Director, for all housing activities. • Prepare all reporting documents to HUD, including IHP, APR, Quarterly and Annual reports. • Manage all housing audits. • Assist the Director in obtaining private financing for new home construction. Detailed analysis is required for each development project. This includes but is not limited to NAHASDA regulatory compliance, lending underwriting requirements, accounting requirements and HUD reporting requirements. Assist the Director in finding alternate sources of financing for home construction and home mortgages. • Review all financial activities to insure that all policies, internal controls and budget constraints are maintained. Revise budgets and operation plan as needed and obtain proper approvals. Submit budget/plans with the proper department or agency. • Responsible for Housing supplies inventory accounting and reporting. • Evaluate and review the performance of assigned personnel.. • Accomplishes other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or delegate.
