Always cook to an internal temperature of
160 degrees F. Cook from a frozen state.
-Lay out patties on preheated grill
-Sprinkle with onions, salt and pepper
-Flip over and cap with the bun
-Cover with a lid to steam
-After steaming, put pattie inside bun and
dress with condiments
