Applications
Base materials
• High-quality material used for the production
of telescopic fasteners ensures constant me­
chanical properties for many years. Also, reta­
ins its properties over a wide temperature ran­
ge.
• The lower part of the connector telescope has
been designed in the shape of a cone with an
optimum angle of inclination which significan­
tly affects the speed of its installation.
• Specially designed inner part of the cone al­
lows pre-assembly of the telescopic tube with
a screw
• Hardened screw's thread surface. High quality
anti-corrosion coating guarantees resistance of
15 Kesternich cycles.
• The shape and type of screw's thread is desi­
gned specifically for connecting to metal she­
ets. The drill point is designed to provide a fast
and hassle-free installation. Sharp point of the
drill prevents movement of the surface of the
fixture.
• Reduced drilling point ensures optimal tight­
ness and correct hole diameter in thin metal
sheets.
