DISCOUNT TICKETS As a subscriber you can exchange your tickets, or purchase additional tickets with your exclusive 20% discount before they go on sale to the public. TICKET EXCHANGE Your 2012-13 tickets can be exchanged* for each respective show starting on the dates below: Under My Skin, August 1, 2012 Intimate Apparel, September 1, 2012 Fallen Angels, November 1, 2012 Show 4 - A Surprise Production!, Jan 2, 2013 Sleepless in Seattle - The Musical, TBA *Dates are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information on purchasing tickets or exchanging make sure to check out the Subscriber Page on our website. Subscribers may exchange their tickets once per production at no charge. If exchanging into a more expensive performance or seat, an upgrade cost beginning at $10 may apply. If you must exchange a second time within the same production, a $10 per ticket exchange fee will apply. Please request your exchange as soon as possible before seats sell out or before similarly priced performances pass. Preview Series subscribers should try to exchange for the first week of a production to avoid upgrade fees. When exchanging you will be offered the best seats available. Exchanges are not allowed between productions. Tickets must be exchanged before your performance date passes. Performance dates and times are available at our website www.PasadenaPlayhouse.org. HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS: When exchanging your tickets in person at the theatre, you must bring your original tickets and turn them in at the time of exchange. If your original tickets are not surrendered at the time of the exchange, we are unable to provide you with your new tickets. MISSED YOUR PERFORMANCE? The Pasadena Playhouse offers missed performance assurance if your original performance has already passed. Past-date tickets must be exchanged in person at the Box Office on the day of the desired performance and are subject to availability. We encourage that you mark your calendar for all your performance dates and try to exchange before the performance. If you’re unable to make your performance, and you’re unable to exchange your ticket to another date, you may return your tickets as an in kind donation. FLEX PASS SUBSCRIPTIONS FLEX Pass subscribers may begin to redeem their passes for tickets usually two months before the first performance date. Please check with the Subscriptions Department or Box Office for exact dates. Use the included form to redeem your FLEX passes if you wish to do so via mail, fax or e-mail. This subscription expires August 1, 2013 and is only valid for our regular season productions. Cell Phones and Wireless Devices: All cell phones and wireless devices for either phone calls, texting or internet use must be shut off before you enter the theater and may not be turned on and used during the performance. Please be mindful of the actors on stage and your neighbors in the audience. BOX OFFICE INFORMATION Concessions: You can skip that long line at intermission by preordering your drinks before the show! Stop by our concessions bar and you can purchase wine, champagne, soda, snacks and more before you enter the theatre. You can take all drinks with you into the theatre as long as they have a lid. Food is not permitted in the theatre. Phone Hours: 12-5 pm Mon, 12-6 pm Tues thru Sun When exchanging your tickets by fax or by e-mail, please include an image of your torn tickets, that ensures us the tickets have been destroyed and will not be used. Please note the performance date, time and seats into which you would like to exchange. You will receive a confirmation of your exchange within 24 hours. If you do not, assume that your tickets were not exchanged and contact the Box Office. Tickets exchanges will not be mailed out, but will be held at Will Call. Parking: There are several well-lit, competitively-priced parking lots surrounding the theatre. There is also free street parking available for Sunday performances and weekdays after 6pm. Please read all signs before parking. Late Seating: We try to begin performances promptly at the time listed on your tickets. Please arrive at the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to performance time to ensure the best possible experience at the theatre. Miscellaneous Tips: Please unwrap all gum and cough drop wrappers before you enter the theatre. The theatre is air-conditioned and heated for your comfort, please dress appropriately.
