Subscribers may exchange their tickets once per production at
no charge. If exchanging into a more expensive performance or

If you must exchange a second time within the same production,
a $10 per ticket exchange fee will apply. Please request your
exchange as soon as possible before seats sell out or before
similarly priced performances pass.
Preview Series subscribers should try to exchange for the first
week of a production to avoid upgrade fees. When exchanging
you will be offered the best seats available.
Exchanges are not allowed between productions. Tickets must
be exchanged before your performance date passes.
Performance dates and times are available at our website
www.PasadenaPlayhouse.org.
HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS:
When exchanging your tickets in person at the theatre, you
must bring your original tickets and turn them in at the time
of exchange. If your original tickets are not surrendered at the
time of the exchange, we are unable to provide you with your
new tickets.
MISSED YOUR PERFORMANCE?
The Pasadena Playhouse offers missed performance assurance if
your original performance has already passed. Past-date tickets
must be exchanged in person at the Box Office on the day of the
desired performance and are subject to availability. We encourage
that you mark your calendar for all your performance dates and
try to exchange before the performance.
If you’re unable to make your performance, and you’re unable to
exchange your ticket to another date, you may return your tickets
as an in kind donation.
