Under the leadership of the IWS and its 170 members, we partner with municipalities, homeowners, merchants, restaurants, event sponsors and market vendors, to create an extraordinary holiday tradition. Your participation in this event helps us provide the highest quality medical, dental and behavioral health services to children in need from over 50 communities. Last year, through our IWS Children’s Clinic, we provided 3,342 children with 10,286 health care visits. This year’s event is even more special as we are celebrating the 100th Anniversary of IWS. Our amazing legacy began with a small volunteer group of women in 1916 and has grown and developed into the highly professional and respected organization we are today. We are proud of our legacy of service to the vulnerable children within the Cook County area and particularly gratified to have had the support of our community on this journey. We could not do what we do without the help of so many who have opened their hearts to our mission and the children and families whom we serve. We eagerly look forward to our second 100 years of service to this community with optimism and passion and in partnership with you. Oak Park Avenue, Oak Park Oak Park River Forest Infant Welfare Society 45 Celebrating 100 Years of Healthy Kids 100 Years of Healthy Kids For one hundred years, the Oak Park River Forest Infant Welfare Society has provided quality care to families throughout our community. We began by providing clean milk to infants and now provide a range of medical, dental, and behavioral health services to families who cannot afford private care. Our incredible group of members and supporters make this work possible. The willingness to volunteer time, talent, and treasure is invaluable. It ensures that the IWS Children’s Clinic can continue to help children enjoy healthier, happier childhoods. Thank you for all your help and support! www.oprfiws.org
