TOUR CONDITIONS
TOUR PRICES
Prices are per person and include charges for planning and operating the tour. Prices are based on
applicable currency exchange rates as of January
15, 2009 and subject to change without notice.
NOT INCLUDED
Gratuities to your Tour-Guide or Bus driver, Optional tours, laundry, telephone calls (local or international) and any other items of a personal nature.
ESCORTED MOTORCOACH TOURS
Although shown in our itineraries as a single unit of
sale, they are the result of combining different components for the convenience of our clients. This
means that in some tours you will not have the
same guide, bus and companions during the entire
itinerary. All tours are multilingual unless specified.
LAND TRANSPORTATION
Provided by deluxe motor-coach or other conveyance when required. All visits and city tours are
scheduled on regular local tours, or with the group
when touring.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotels are classified by the under the Tourism
laws and rules of Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
Based on twin bedded rooms with private baths. If
a change becomes necessary for any reason the
Tour Operator reserves the right to substitute
hotels of similar category. On occasions it may be
necessary to substitute a hotel of a lower category,
should this occur, an appropiate refund will be
made. Single rooms may occasionally be less comfortable than twins. The Tour Operator will make
every effort to provide single rooms but we cannot
guarantee. If a single room is not provided where
requested, we will refund the supplemental charge.
BAGGAGE
Baggage handling in our Tours includes one suitcase per person. Luggage and personal effects are
traveling “AT OWNERS RISK” unless insured.
VISAS
It is suggested that ALL passengers, regardless of
the passport they hold, check with the appropiate
consulates to determine if any visas are required.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel any
Tour prior to departure for any reason including
insufficient number of participants. In the event
of such cancellation of a Tour, for which you have
received confirmation, you will receive full refund
of monies paid. If the Clients cancel the reservations, the Tour Operator will reimburse the total
amount of deposit after the cancellation fees has
been deducted according to the following:
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in the event you have to
cancel or discontinue your trip.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
A deposit of minimum $ 100 per Passenger is
required when booking your reservation. Final
payment is due minimum 30 days prior to departure. The Tour Operator will not deliver any tour
documents until total payment is received.
Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure - 10% of the Tour
Between 14 and 3 days prior to departure - 25% of the Tour
Less than 48 hours - 50% of the Tour
Departure Day or no show - 100% of the Tour
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR UNUSED LAND SERVICES
The Tour Operator has the right to withdraw your
membership at any time if your actions impose
upon or disturb the other members of the Tour.
The suppliers providing transportation, sightseeing
arrangements and hotel accommodations for the Tour
Programs are independent contractors and are not
agents or employees of the Local Tour Operator. All
vouchers and tickets are issued subject to the terms
and conditions specified by the suppliers. You agree
that neither the Local Operator or any representative
shall be liable for any accident, loss, injury and/or
damage to you or those traveling with you directly or
indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond
its control including defects in vehicles, breakdown in
equipment, strikes, theft, delay and cancellation of/or
changes in itinerary, etc. In case of accident during
land transportation, passenger claims are subject to
the local country law, indemnification, if any, shall be
paid to the passengers or their representatives in the
local currency of the country. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with customs
regulations, are your responsibility.
IMPORTANT NOTE
By this purchase the Passenger and/or Purchaser
acknowledges and accepts the foregoing conditions and regulations.
VALIDITY
From April 1st 2010 to March 31st, 2011.
AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY
Participating carriers: The services of any IATAN
and ARC carrier may be used in the performance
of these tours.
The airline participating in this program is not to
be held responsible for any act, omission, or event
during the time passengers are not on board their
planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use
by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the
purchaser of these tours and/or passengers.
