Ermanno Santilli, CEO MagneGas Maria Zack, President Strollo Group 1 1 • Patented technology gasifies or sterilizes a variety of feedstocks, producing a hydrogen-based fuel called MagneGas • Company founded in 2007, Trading on NASDAQ.CM since August 2012 • Chairman and Chief Scientist, Dr. Santilli, former Harvard and MIT scientist who developed MagneGas • Carter Administration Grant Seeded 30 years of Development • The Company earns revenue from clean fuel sales (domestic) and big-ticket sales of equipment and royalties (international) • Growth is expected in sales of fuel for in metal cutting and electricity generation and through strategic partnerships with GM and Navy to Gasify liquid wastes for onsite consumption 2 Tes$ng 3 MagneGas Tech Scout Authorized Distributor Joint Venture Regional Headquarters Current Operating Units: USA: Florida (2) Michigan (2) International: Beijing (1), Italy (2) 4 5 MagneGas System 6 Versatile Gas: • Metal Cutting • Transport fuel • Heating & Cooking Sterilized Liquids: • Sewage to Irrigation Water • Manure to Fertilizer • Hospital Wastes Liquid Elimination: • Pumpable FOGS • Individually or Mixed Power Generation: • Electricity Generation • Co-Combustion 7 Inherent Advantage: • No Smoke • Low Noise • Gas Ready to Use • No Dewatering Versatile Units: • Remote Operation & Diagnostics • Sizable / Stackable • Mobile Financial: • Priced $1.7m 300kw • Produces 18m cft MagneGas • Target 2 Year Payback 8 Taking the show on the road with the MagneGas Mobile Demo Platform 9 10 Sterilized Water & Liquid Fer1lizer • MagneGas fuel, Sterilized water and Liquid Fertilizer is a byproduct of processing sewage or manure • The Plasma Arc FlowTM process sterilizes bio-contaminants in the liquid • Downstream centrifuge separates sludge from water • Meets EU regulations to be used as irrigation water • MagneGas is a byproduct Also suitable for medical liquid wastes 11 Transport Use – Interchangeable with CNG, other engines convertible Industrial Vehicle Use – Ultra low emissions allow use indoors Hydrogen Market - MagneGasTM contains 50% or more of Hydrogen that can be separated 12 12 Metal Working - Direct replacement for acetylene, safer & more productive Heating & Cooking - MagneGasTM is interchangeable with natural gas Co-Combustion – 10,000F high flame temperature improves efficiency of existing hydrocarbons fuel systems 13 13 Official EPA Laboratory Test Results without Cataly1c Converter (LIPHARDT & ASSOCIATES) Element MagneGasTM EPA Standards Hydro-carbons (gm/mil) 0.199 0.41 Carbon Monoxide (gm/mil) 2.750 3.40 Nitrogen Oxides (gm/mil) 0.642 1.00 Carbon Dioxide (gm/mil) 266 No EPA standard 9%-12% No EPA standard Oxygen MagneGas Meets EPA requirements without Catalytic Converter 14 14 Natural Gas Emission report using identical car in Italy 15 Attributes Acetylene MagneGas Welders report that MagneGasTM cuts cleaner and faster, produces higher quality cuts with a narrower kerf1, less slag, no top edge rollover and a smaller heat affected zone. [Source: Welding Journal] 1Definition: the width of the groove made by the torch. Note 1: Price increase estimate according to J&M Acetylene Manufacturing Co. 16 16 • MagneGas now is able to provide a complete solution to its customers, selling Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Other Fuels and Hard Goods • Margins from 30% to 300% on resell products • Contract with Matheson signed Q1 2013 17 17 • MagneGas™ providing fuel for metal cutting at recycling facilities in Flint, MI. • MagneGas recycler installed on-site • MagneGas has signed a preliminary contract with Seattle Based Distributor, Sustainable Green • MagneGas recycler to be placed on site to service Distributor and provide fuel to Navy testing 18 • Some fire departments have up to three different cutting systems on their fire and rescue trucks • MagneGas can potentially replace all three • Lighter equipment & faster cutting is value proposition • Testing is underway at fire departments in two states 19 19 • Phase 1: Following 18 months of testing MagneGas is being used as a metal cutting fuel by GM • Phase 2: MNGA is testing liquid wastes to identify suitable feedstock for MNGA and internal GM projects • Phase 3: Hydrogen Separation / Transport Applications 20 20 Edison Welding Supply has completed their laboratory testing and has selected MagneGas from seven different gases for the final two for on-site testing. Originally project was to find a safer alternative to acetylene due to risk of explosion and carcinogenic effect of smoke. MagneGas allows for reduced opacity and FOGS recycling. 21 • Contract for 300Kw unit for $2.7 MM with an option to purchase additional 5 refineries. MNGA will receive a 5% - 10% royalty on gross revenues (to be signed) • Gasifying PCB laced oil and generating electricity is the first target application. 22 23 23 Ermanno Santilli, CEO MagneGas Maria Zack, President Strollo Group 24 24 25 26 27 28
