Dear friends and colleagues,
we are very pleased to invite you all to join us at the “Oncoplastic and
Reconstructive Surgery of the Breast, Seventh European Conference”, that will
be held from 4th to the 7th December 2013 in Milan.
We are very proud of the excellent Scientific programme that we have developed this
year. The faculty has been chosen to really give you the best outlook on every single
aspect of Oncoplastic Surgery of the Breast. As well as the surgical aspects, other
areas of the treatment for breast cancer, that have an impact on the reconstruction
outcome, are discussed in detail.
This year we will be holding the meeting in the seat of the prestigious financial daily
newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore”. The building was designed by Renzo Piano (one of the
most prominent Italian architects). The busy building with an award winning meeting
room will be a pleasant change from the traditional hotels that we have used up until
now. The choice of the venue however, implicates that we have a limited number of
places, so therefore we suggest early registration to guarantee a place for you.
We are bringing the registration price down this year due to the fact that the social
dinner will not be included in the fee, so those of you who enjoy the evening event,
can register for this event in addition to the conference.
We have tried to reduce as many costs as possible, to allow us to apply a lower
registration fee as we understand that with the global economical situation it is
making it harder every year to find funding and support to participate at educational
meetings.

TOURIST TAX: the tourist tax, introduced by the City Council with Resolution n. 19 of June 11th, 2012,
applies to all non-city residents staying at hotels and at all other accomodation facilities within Milan.
Revenues from the tourist tax will finance actions for the preservation of the city’s artistic heritage
and for the improvement of services for all tourists. The tax is in force from September 1st, 2012
and applies to each visitor with fixed rates ranging from € 1,00 to € 5,00 for each night of stay in

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Changes or cancellations must be notified by E-mail or Fax to CQ Travel and not to
the hotel. No penalties will be applied, for cancellations receveid on or before November 5, 2013. For cancellation receveid after November 5 until 6 days before the
arrival, the card will be debited for one night stay. Cancellations within 5 days from
arrival will be charged for the whole stay.
