Our Story Easy Lane was established in December 2015 to deliver a paddock to plate inspired menu to the Hawkesbury. We work with local farmers to bring you the finest Australian produce and deliver fresh dishes for you to enjoy. Easy Lane also supports craft beer, wine and cider industries ensuring a unique experience with each visit. Coupled with an eclectic setting boasting hand crafted bars and furniture along with seasonal shared and individual dishes and creative cocktails, Easy Lane has set out to bring a new culinary vibe to the region.
