Weld-on End Pieces B
– End pieces are cut in the profile of the base edge for a neat fit
– Weld-on end pieces are better than a single, formed piece for several reasons:
1. Strength: Heating and bending the ends weakens the edge at the most critical point – the corners.
Welding the end pieces create a strong, straight corner.
2. Precise fit: You control the spacing of the end pieces to ensure a proper fit.
3. Easy Installation: You can quickly install the pieces in the corners. This saves time over
trying to make a large bucket fit a small edge or by filling in gaps with weld.
4. Cost: End pieces take less time to manufacture, which saves you money.
