E. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds requested before 27 August 2012 will be subject to a USD100 processing fee; No refunds will be
possible after that date. Note that refunds are not possible for authors of published papers. This is because
registration is a prerequisite for the publication of an accepted paper.
A written notification is required in case of cancellation after registration is confirmed
