A Small pitch is for one van, truck, or
vehicle with trailer. Small pitches are
butted up against each other.
This Medium pitch is completely covered with
a 40ft by 20ft marquee. Medium pitches are
available open and covered.

A Small Covered pitch consists of a 20ft by
20ft bay, open at the front, inside a long
marquee.
A note on exhibitor parking: Due to the new venue and layout the parking behind each pitch will be different this year.
This could mean less, more, or confined parking for exhibitors vehicles. The situation for each pitch will vary.
Fawley Hill
Fawley Hill is a private estate, located just outside
Henley-on-Thames, an hour west of London. It is
home of Lady Judith and Sir William McAlpine
who have been supporters of Salvo and the Salvo
Fair since the 1990s.

The McAlpines have hosted numerous large
events at Fawley Hill including a steam fair in 2013
which attracted over 15,000 visitors. During Salvo Fair 2015 Sir William’s private railway museum will be open as well as
the two mile steam train ride.

Brief terms and conditions
- Exhibitors must have public liability insurance, and supply Salvo as soon as possible with a proof of their own public
liability insurance covering the period the of the Fair.
- Extra space taken, if available, will cost £20 per foot run.
- Salvo reserves the right to accept or refuse a booking. Any payment made will be refunded.
- In 2015 the number of Salvo Fair stands will be capped at 100, of which it is planned to have 45 architectural salvage,
10 decorative antique, 10 garden antique, 10 reclaimed building material and 10 recraft, upcycled and craftspeople
stands.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations after 31st May 2015
- Exhibitors who book after 30 April 2015 will not be listed in the printed Fair Guide.
- No pitch position can be guaranteed.
- Exhibitors will be responsible for any damage they cause to marquees.
- Safety: Salvo carries out safety checks and operates a simple safety code with which exhibitors must comply.
- Forklift and Scaffold sub-contractors are responsible for decisions regarding their equipment's safety.
- No responsibility is assumed by Salvo Llp, the promoters, nor their agents or affiliates, for goods delivered to or
situated at the Salvo Fair before, during or after the event.
- Trucks cannot be moved during the fair.
- Vehicle passes must be on the windscreen at all times on site.
- Press: National and local press, radio and TV will be invited. Exhibitors may be photographed or filmed and may be
requested for interview. Game-show style TV will not be allowed to film on site.

Salvo Fair site details
- Parking: Limited parking is allotted to each exhibitor at the back of their pitch.
- Security Guards will be on site 7pm - 8am from Weds evening through til Monday morning.
- Set-Up: Weds by arrangement, Thurs 9am - 8pm, Fri 6am - 9am.
- Break Down: Sun 5pm - 9pm, Mon 9am - 6pm, Tues by arrangement
- Electricity: There is no power on site, exhibitor generators must be cordoned off.
- Water: The nearest water is 100yds from the site
