Basketball WVBC Development
WVBC Development Camp will introduce some higher-level skill
development, while stressing the importance of the basic fundamentals
of the game. Areas of focus will include: dribble moves into shot,
defensive footwork, development of the ‘off’ hand, one-on-one play,
advanced ball handling, speed and agility training and basketball
conditioning. Focus will also be given to team offensive and defensive
tactics. This will be a perfect opportunity for players to hone their skills
in preparation for high school tryouts or the Grade 7 basketball season.
