The Company’s first effort is OLAS,
a new pan-regional bi-monthly surf magazine
created and managed by a team of experienced surf magazine executives from Latin
America and the US. OLAS will launch in the second half of 2007 and will feature surf action
and lifestyle from around Latin America with the goal of building awareness of the leading
surfers and the vibrant surf culture throughout the region.
Unique aspects of the magazine include a horizontal publishing format (Landscape) that
will allow for entirely new creative executions, a high-quality paper/cover package that will
allow it to stand out against the competition and an editorial vision that is all about
promoting surfing and surfers in Latin America.
