performance multi function insulation system with hard-flexible
layer at the bottom of predetermined thickness of this system layer.
This bottom layer greatly enhances its STC & IIC performances.
Naturally - Tough & Naturally - Attractive
Custom - Multifunction Spray System
Our product is designed for high performance multifunction (selfsupporting) spray-applied treatment system tailored to your various
project’s requirement: Acoustic / Sound control treatment (Sound
reverberation, Sound transmission and Impact noise) and Thermal
control treatment (High Efficiency Thermal Conductivity &
Condensation Control) with durable – aesthetic interior texture
finishes and choice of color. No additional finishing is required.
Our premier R & D and excellent Engineering Team, combined with
over 50 years field experience, is capable to support projects and

We utilize advanced fiber technology in production ensuring
highest-grade finish product with unmatched efficiency and
performances. Superior performances at an economical value with
fast-track application compared with conventional insulation and
duplicate product in the market, while providing benefits of our
product's performances to clients.
(Caution: Duplicate product may look similar but it is far inferior in
terms of overall performances and its resiliencies against
weathering. Overtime, it will deform and subsequently delaminate).
With its carpet-like texture and wide variety colors, our product is
especially attractive as a surface finish of ceilings in new
construction as well as renovation projects. For wall & ceiling
application in intense noise and tough environment, special method
of application is utilized. Available in five standard colors (specially
matched custom color is also available):
*Color selection will affect price. Chart shows as close color appearance.
Special Features
Our product forms a monolithic layer with dead air spaces between
and within its hollow fibers. Because of the specially designed &
controlled spray system, they fill cracks, voids and seams forming
monolithic layer over the substrate, which virtually eliminates air
infiltration. Unlike conventional and prefabricated insulation, which
tends to be compressed during handling and shipment, and
creates cracks and voids during installations also settling and
sagging after installation, our product has no voids or compressed
areas that reduces thermal efficiency and acoustical properties.
Designed for compatible, versatile and economical applications
with maximum multifunction performance. Our product can be
applied to virtually any surface configuration: Concrete, Steel,
Wood, Aluminum, Urethane, Styrofoam, Board, Glass and other
construction materials. It can be applied of up to 125 mm thick
overhead without mechanical support. It serves as exposed ceiling
finishes. (Note: Certain type of surface requires sealing to prevent
migratory staining.)
A Total Treatment System:
High performance, Durable and Self-Supporting System
Our product means: A Total System of light pure natural treated
fiber applied with special compatible binder utilizing specially
designed equipment with guided application method to form a selfsupporting treatment system that produces unequalled
performances.
Cell-Spray is manufactured under very strict quality control through
most modern process utilizing “state of the art” technology to form
high quality fiber that resistance to fire, mold, mildew and
insecticide. It should be applied by licensed/authorized
applicators only. They are properly trained and capable to apply
product and to control proper fiber & binder mixes with our
proprietary equipment for various type of applications. During
application, our genuine fiber mixed with our patented compound
binder CP-2002®.
One of the world’s landmark and its huge shopping spaces at connecting bottom
floors, includes its mechanical rooms, treated with our product for sound control
and much needed thermal control.
CP-2002® is a specially designed compound binder when

@1” thick). This saves great deal cost of buildings energy
consumption in today's increasing energy cost.
For areas such as indoor pools, ice arenas, air plenum, mechanical
rooms and 24-hour air-conditioned rooms; our product aids in
condensation and greatly helps to maintain in-door temperature
both for space with and without air conditioner.
Proper combination of our product and ventilation prevents
condensation on metal, concrete and other surfaces. Thus, our
installed product significantly saves your building’s energy
consumption and actually reduces ventilation requirement, saving
both your ventilation equipment and building's energy operating
costs.

Product Limitation
As most building materials, our products should not be used in areas where there is prolonged exposure to water nor should it be
applied or installed in areas with excessive exposure to extreme heat or fire and where combustible materials such as: heavy dust, oil
mist/drip, resins or dusts, wood, metal sanding & grinding particles, outer layer of gypsum board or other flammable substance exist,
which may create fire hazard and will burn if set on fire from ignition source such as spill over from hot works. If ignited, these
contaminants will burn until consumed and can spread the fire to other building materials. Strict industrial maintenance procedure to
control this from happening must be employed. This is very important during the execution of hot works (such as steel cutting or
grinding) whereby extreme heat molten metal (exceeding 2000ºF) will spill over. Building materials, including Thermal and Acoustical
insulation, should be protected by a wainscoting or blankets (as recommended and approved per ASTM and NFPA standards) in areas
where severe or direct contact with ignition source (such as hot works) and combustible materials (as stated above) presence
reasonably anticipated. All these conditions may be detrimental and will deform the applied product(s), while accumulation of unwanted
contaminants may become hazardous. Our products are solely intended for building's thermal and acoustical treatment with its fire
ratings provided as additional benefits to users. Our spray applied product require curing process of 4 - 6 weeks.
Special Precautions
Application of product on certain type of surface may need preparation (sealing and priming) prior to application. This publication
