Well-established in the world and proven technology of production of alternative
fuel, used to supplement or replace Natural Gas deliveries. LPG/air mixing system
produces homogeneous mixture that is 100% interchangeable with Natural Gas.
LPG/Air mixing systems offer a packaged solution for medium and big Natural Gas
consumers.
PACKAGED NATURAL GAS REPLACEMENT SYSTEMS:
DFM – combination of Direct Fired vaporizer, Venturi mixer and pump
XPM – combination of XP electric vaporizer, Venturi mixer and pump
QM – combination of waterbath vaporizer, Venturi mixer and pump
Once mixed it forms a homogeneous non-explosive mixture that can directly replace
Natural Gas in all applications.

IMPORTANT:
*1 bar (15 psig) is the maximum pressure that Venturi mixer can generate atmospherically, without air compressor.
If LPG contains a high percentage of butane, Venturi mixer can generate a max. pressure of 500mbar (8 psig). With air
compressor Venturi can generate 3 bar pressure.
1) If the mixed gas pressure requirement is ≤ 500mbar, it is recommended to use venture mixer, regardless of the size
of the factory. If the pressure should be greater than 500mbar, it is recommended to use FVO Blendaire mixing valve.
2) LPG storage tank: the size depends on the average load for the customer. We recommend 3-5 days of liquid LPG
storage.
GENERAL RULE: THE HIGHER IS THE MIXED GAS PRESSURE, THE MORE EXPENSIVE IS THE SYSTEM!
