Application and Pre-Contract for Exhibit Space
The Electrical League of Ohio is hereby authorized to reserve space for the use in the exhibit hall of the Electro Expo
2015 – Powering Innovation & Technology, to be held at the Cleveland Convention Center, Cleveland, Ohio.
The undersigned agrees the assigned space, as described in this application, will be charged at the rental rate of Schedule
Plan 1 or Schedule Plan II, as described below. Upon acceptance by the Electrical League of Ohio, this Application will
constitute as an intent to participate in the Electro Expo 2015 between the undersigned and the Show Management.
This Application and Pre-Contract will be followed by a Contract and Exhibitor packet including information on show rules,
convention hall regulations, booth space selection, booth amenities, show decorator information and invoice for payment.
Show Rules, Regulations and Policies: The undersigned agrees to abide by (1) The Rules and Regulations set forth at
www.electroexpo.org and (2) all policies, requirements, and restrictions as set forth in this agreement or as may be specially
designated by Management, the Cleveland Convention Center and the local municipalities. Failure to abide by such rules,
regulations or policies will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid or due Management under the terms of this agreement and
future executed contract. Displays must conform to all Convention Center rules and regulations.
Schedule Plan I - Member Rate
$1,900 per 10’ x 10’ booth for Electrical
League of Ohio members. Verification of
membership will be made Management staff.
Rate will include the amenities listed to the right.
Schedule Plan II - Non-Member Rate
$2,200 per 10’ x 10’ booth and will include
membership into Electrical League of Ohio for
two (2) years. Rate will include the amenities
listed to the right.

Opening Reception tickets. Booth assignments will begin January 9, 2015. NO space will be assigned without a Contract and Payment. Booths must be paid in FULL by January 9,
2015. After January 9, 2015 Show Management cannot guarantee booth location.
