your FAFSA Application called Student Aid Report (SAR).
If you were selected by the U.S. Department of
Education for Verification (*), you must submit a copy of
the documents used to complete your FAFSA, as
applicable. You must also submit the completed
Verification Form to your Financial Aid Office in order for
them to determine to which financial aid you qualify.
