Belton Farm has been handcrafting traditional farmhouse English territorial cheeses since the early 1800s using time-honored recipes that have been
passed down through the generations.
Situated in the green and gently rolling hills and mosses of Shropshire, England, Belton Farm crafts their cheeses from milk that is collected daily from
locally selected farmers that are within a 25 mile radius of the farm.

At Villars, the love of Swiss chocolate began in 1901, when an eminent Chocolate
Master, William Kaiser, settled on the outskirts of Fribourg, close to the region of
Gruyeres, renowned for its double cream and alpine milk. Thus was born a high end
