FIRST INTERSTATE BANK — Conversion Guide 17 PERSONAL ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING ← PERSONAL ONLINE AND MOBILE BANKING Your Mountain West Bank Personal Online Banking account will be transferred to a First Interstate Bank Personal Online Banking account on Monday, October 20, 2014. If you currently use personal online banking with Mountain West Bank, you will be set up with a new online profile within First Interstate’s I-Bank Personal Online Banking, which can be accessed from firstinterstate.com. If you have not accessed your Mountain West Bank personal online banking account in at least six months, a profile will not automatically be established for you at First Interstate Bank. If this is the case, you may enroll in I-Bank Personal Online Banking starting October 20, 2014. With First Interstate’s Personal Online Banking, you will be able to view account balance(s) and account transactions, transfer funds between First Interstate Bank accounts, pay bills, place stop payments, and reorder checks. You can also enroll for electronic statements, mobile banking, and account alerts. When you login to your new online profile for the first time after October 20, 2014, your Access ID will be your current Mountain West online User ID, except in all lowercase and a maximum of 17 characters in length. If your Access ID is identified as an Access ID that already exists within online banking, we will notify you through a separate communication. Your password will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. During your first online session, you will be prompted to change your password, select a security image and pass phrase, and select and answer three security challenge questions. You will also be prompted to enroll in electronic statements, which is optional but recommended. If you currently receive an electronic checking or savings account statement from Mountain West Bank, you will need to reenroll for First Interstate’s I-Statements (electronic statements) through Personal Online Banking. If you do not re-enroll, you will begin receiving paper statements upon conversion to First Interstate Bank. If you are already a First Interstate Bank customer using online banking, your online banking information from Mountain West Bank will convert into a new online banking account, not into your existing First Interstate Bank online banking account. This means you will temporarily have two logins for online banking at First Interstate. Our bankers will work with you to combine these two logins for your convenience after October 20, 2014. If you currently use personal mobile banking with Mountain West Bank, you will need to re-enroll for First Interstate’s Personal Mobile Banking. You do this through First Interstate’s Personal Online Banking via the Mobile Banking & Alerts tab.
