Mount Chua Mountain
Mount Chua at 603 meters is the highest
mountain on Phu Quoc and forms part of
the Ham Ninh sandstone chain of
mountains that stretch for 30km along the
eastern edge of Phu Quoc. The views
over the national park and the island
should be excellent.

Myrtle Fruit Wine contains a wild mixture

Dinh Cau Rock (Cua Temple)
Royal well- Throne
The clear blue water, in a while, turns up;
white sandy beach edges its way around
the foot of the mountain like embracing
resting fishing-boat near the edge of the
forest.
Duong Dong town
Duong Dong is an old village.
Dinh Cau Rock is located at the mouth of
the Duong Dong River. It is a combination
of Buddhist temple and lighthouse that was
built in 1937 as a dedication to Thien Hau.
The beachfront here also is a good place to
view the sunset and local life in the
evenings
Here, goods from the land like rice, fruits
and other consumer goods are unloaded
ashore and other specialties of Phu Quoc
like pepper, seafood, and fish sauce are
loaded onto the ships to the land.
Tranh stream
The stream is surrounded with green
trees, grass and fragrant flowers. The
limpid and gentle current flows through
nooks and crannies, then through large
rocks forming falls and lakes.
On stone steps, tourists can fish while
enjoying seeing the waterfall or
wallowing in the clean and cool water.
Da Ban stream
It is located 16km east of the center of
Duong Dong town – center of the Phu
Quoc island. The weather is as cool as
that of Dalat and it is very quiet because
there are not a lot of people here.

Hung Long Tu Pagoda
Hung Long Tu Pagoda is located five km
from Duong Dong Town in a tranquil and
peaceful setting, built on a rocky outcrop,
the grounds contain an ornate statue of
Buddha.
Sung Hung Pagoda
Located in Duong Dong Town, visitors will
experience the peaceful ambience under
the old banyan tree at Sung Hung pagoda.

The prison was built by the French colonial
administration before World War II and was
later used by the Americans during the
Vietnam War to house tens of thousands of

considering a visit, especially if you would

a walk along a park trail or motorbike ride
