June 29 June 30 Chester County Concert Band Steve Pullara & His Cool Beans Band 10:00am Established in 1981 and Sensational Soul Cruisers July 6 directed by David Reif, the CCCB presents an entertaining concert full of marches, Broadway tunes, classics, Big Band, patriotic and other toe-tapping music. July 6 Sensational Soul Cruisers Soultown beyond Motown: This 11-man horn group fronted by four soulful vocalists pays homage and tribute to classic soul, R&B, Motown and Disco. British Invasion Tribute July 15 July 13 Merion Concert Band The Merion Concert Band presents contemporary and classical concert band repertoire in a variety of styles. Nathan P. Snyder, Conductor. The Big House Band July 21 July 20 Makin’ Music Rockin’ Rhythms This award-winning The Land of Ozz group of talented teachers/ performers needs no introduction to the sippy cup crowd. The energetic mix of original music and humor will get everyone singing along. July 23 Live at the Fillmore Bryn Mawr Mainliners August 3 July 27 This definitive tribute to the Allman Brothers Band performs the legendary live album “At Fillmore East” in its entirety plus other popular Allman Brothers songs. August 3 Bryn Mawr Mainliners The Rockafillys Award-winning Barbershop chorus and quartets. Everchanging repertoire features an assortment of family-friendly renditions of songs from past and present. August 4 August 10 U.S. Army Field Band & Soldiers’ Chorus US Army Field Band & Soldiers’ Chorus August 10 Classical and popular musical selections, choral arrangements, novelty numbers, military marches, and patriotic favorites. July 14 Forever Tina Capturing the image, energy, stage presence, dance moves, and voice of the great rock diva. Fantastic tribute to Tina Turner features 12 performers on stage. The Big House Band July 21 Award-winning party band with a powerhouse vocal line up, featuring Jimi Milligan and DaNica Shirey from NBC’s The Voice, plus Stephanie Chiofalo, Jeff Kessler, and a dynamite sax and rhythm section. July 28 Hot Club of Philadelphia: Gypsy Jazz for All Featuring songs from their new CD Gypsy Routes and jazz standards done with acoustic guitars, violin & bass. Vocalist Phylliss Chapell sings in French, Spanish & English. The Rockafillys August 4 They rock, they roll, they chase those blues with swing and soul. Three fabulous babes singing Rockabilly, Swing, Blues & Twang in tight three-part harmony. Blackthorn August 11 This Philly favorite is a modern Celtic rock band that celebrates its Irish roots with a contemporary style all its own. Opening act: Two Morans at 7:00. All performances begin at 7:30 pm (Except the two morning shows on June 22 & June 30) Please bring blankets and chairs for seating. Shows will be cancelled in the event of rain. June 25 Eaglemania: Tribute to the Eagles Thrilling audiences by faithfully reproducing all of The Eagles’ greatest hits plus the best solo work of Don Henley, Glenn Frey and Joe Walsh. July 2 Upper Darby Sousa Band One of the nation’s finest community bands playing the patriotic music of John Phillip Sousa and American composers. Features special guest conductor Terry Guidetti. July 9 Philbilly Dust off those cowboy boots and hats! Get ready to dance and sing along with Philbilly, Philadelphia’s only real country experience. Modern country that Rocks! July 15 July 16 British Invasion Tribute Upper Darby Summer More than The Beatles, this nos- Stage Shooting Stars talgic concert spans the entire ‘60s British Invasion era with songs by The Zombies, Dave Clark Five, The Rolling Stones, Herman’s Hermits, The Moody Blues, more. Resident Choreographer Nancy Page’s premiere pas de deux and her Never Ending Road. Mind’s Eye View August 5 This local band performs high energy classic rock – all your favorite hits from the ‘60s to today. Zydeco-A-Go-Go August 12 Creole, Zydeco and Cajun two-steps combine with funky New Orleans R&B into a spicy gumbo of irresistible Louisiana dance music. “Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!” August 11 High energy song and dance performance featuring exciting medleys from Broadway, Disney and Big Band. The Land of Ozz July 23 The Ultimate Ozzy Osbourne Experience focuses on the classic Randy Rhoads era of the Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman albums as well as a few gems from later Ozzy periods and Sabbath tunes. July 30 Pennsylvania Symphonic Winds June 19 Chico’s Vibe Feel the Vibe! This nine-piece orchestra with a four-man groovin’ horn section is the area’s premiere event band, playing the best hit party music from the ‘60s to present. June 26 Philadelphia Songwriters Project: 2016 Winners Tour The four songwriting contest winners perform in a minisummer tour. PSP is a nonprofit that showcases talented area songwriters. Enjoy! July 3 John Hoey Orchestra: Evening of Swing Hot orchestra performs songs of the ‘30s thru ‘50s by Glenn Miller, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey. Special guest artist: Clarinetist Joe Smith.
