Eindhoven-­‐Helmond-­‐Almere-­‐Amsterdam The Post Congress Tours will take the delegates of the 51st ISOCARP Congress to the highlights of innovative planning and architecture in the Netherlands. The Post Congress Tours will be organized and co-­‐hosted by Dutch ISOCARP members Martin Dubbeling, Saskia Spijkerman, Jos Verweij, Rob van der Wijst, and Jos Cuijpers. They will provide you with a brochure with maps and information about the cities and projects that will be visited. The tours start at Inntel Hotel Rotterdam and end in Amsterdam. Delegates in both Post Congress Tours will stay in Best Western **** Hotel Haarhuis in Arnhem. This hotel (you can check out anytime you like) is conveniently situated opposite Arnhem Central Railway station with direct and high-­‐speed connections with Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (1 hour 15 minutes) and Frankfurt International Airport (2 hours 45 minutes). The evening programmes and the fourth day of the two tours are combined. This enables the participants of both Post Congress Tours to meet each other and exchange their experiences. Each Post Congress Tour has a minimum of 12 participants. Registration for the Post Congress Tours starts on 12 April 2015. For registration of the Post Congress Tour, you are requested to send the filled in the Registration Form to [email protected]. In consultation with the organisers, the participants can book both tours as a one, two, or three-­‐day tour or as a customized tour (for example, Day 1 of Tour 2 combined with Day 2 and 3 of Tour 2). The registration fee of a one-­‐day only Post Congress Tour is € 200,-­‐ (no hotel) The registration fee of a one-­‐day and one-­‐night Post Congress Tour is € 300,-­‐ The registration fee of a two-­‐day and one-­‐night Post Congress Tour is € 400,-­‐ The registration fee of a two-­‐day and two-­‐night Post Congress Tour is € 500,-­‐ The registration fee of a three-­‐day and two-­‐night Post Congress Tour is € 600,-­‐ The registration fee of a three-­‐day and three-­‐night Post Congress Tour is € 700,-­‐ The registration fee of a four-­‐day and three-­‐night Post Congress Tour is € 800,-­‐ After registration you will receive an official invoice with payment instructions. To complete the registration, the registration fee has to be paid before 20 October 2015. Registered participants will receive regular updates about the programme and the number of participants. In consultation with the registered participants, the organisers of the Post Congress Tours reserve the right to change, cancel or combine Tour 1 and Tour 2. The last minute registration (no discounts) for the Post Congress Tours ends on 20 October 2015. If the Post Congress Tours needs to be cancelled (for what ever pressing reason) the registration fee of all participants will be reimbursed free of charge. Cancellation by participants before 01 September is free of charge. In case of cancellation by participants between 01 and 30 September, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed. There will be no reimbursement of registration fees in case of cancellation by registered participants after 01 October. Included services •

Entrance fees to the Kröller-­‐Müller Museum (in Tour 1). Lunch served in restaurants on day one, two, three and four. Breakfast served in the hotel in Arnhem on day two, three and four. Dinner served in restaurants on day one and three. Optional dinner and cultural evening on day two. Evening with lectures and exchanges with Dutch planners on day three.
