The unique industrial tractors with electromechanical transmission of 25-drawbar catergory are designed for
a wide range of works in construction, mining, petroleum, gas, coal and other branches of industry to be
carried out when excavating ground of I – IV category including frozen ground and rocks.
Electrometrichanical transmission provides automatic adjustment of tractive force and speed rates at

- The travel and end-point follow-up proportional control system is designed with know-how to be used for evacuation of air out of the hydraulic system,
thus improving control characteristics and removing the risk of oil overheating .

products and for mechanized refuelling of the machineries with determination of the fuel

T-0,2.1000 self-propelled repair module, equipped with crane-manipulator, weder and different hydraulic
tools is universal aggregate, based on T-0,2.03.2-3 tractor “Uralets” and designed for mechanization of
repairing work
The hydraulic system of the tractor consists of two independent circuits.
The first circuit,which includes pressure transducer,enables to connect the following hydraulic tools
with static or dynamic action:
welder,rock breaker,presses,puller and other equipment.
The second circuit of the hydraulic system provides the operation of the crane manipulator with carrying
capacity up to 250kg.
The Self-Propelled unit is equipped with he following assemblies:
-Load manipulator PC-1300(Austria) equipped with outriggers and featured with 3.5 m of overhanging for
load- carrying capacty(full overhang)up to 180kg and 2.7m- up to 250kg and1.2m- up to 550kg respectively
-Complex loop hydraulic system outlets designed for connection of dynamic toold(16 Mpa, 35 I/min) and
static ones(63 Mpa, 1.6 I/min) and to be used for operation of hydraulic shears, cutter, jack etc (16 types of
tools);
-Welding machine ATC-4
-Assembly for additional ilumination of working site

New «Chelyabinets» is equipped with a comfortable cab of large glass area and
improved visibility. Heat-insulated operator cab is manufactured under up-to-date
ergonomic design with improved visibility to provide operational safety, noise and water
proofing, and equipped with self-supporting heating system.
Reliable And Powerful Hydraulic
The crane is equipped with hydraulic pump, hoist, rotary mechanism and hydraulic
cylinders by Russian manufacturers that prove to be reliable and serviceable for KS55730 and KS-45721 cranes. The application of hydraulic control valves
manufactured by REXROTH company increases the quality and functionality of
hydraulic system in any climate conditions. As a whole this hydraulic system
configuration allows to minimize crane servicing cost.
The crane can be equipped with cab of modified angle of pitch that allows easy
continuous working on large heights.
Hydraulic control valve group
The safety is provided by micro processing overload limiter that protects
from overloading and toppling over, damage during operating in spacelimited conditions, dangerous voltage in the power transmission line
zone.
The operator seat made by GRAMMER company has mechanical
springing with oleo-shock absorption and pneumatically supported back.
It is packed with headrest and elbow-rests with built-in joysticks for
crane operation. This packaging provides smooth, easy and fine
operating. The operator's fatigability decreases, safety and work
efficiency increases.
The «black box» telemetering memory records operating parameters
and crane load rate during the whole operating life.
Hydraulic cylinders allow telescoping the loads at the hook up to 6-ton weight, thus a
possibility to put loads in the hard-to-reach places and carry them through mounted
construction appears.
Hydraulic crane drive from axial-piston hydraulic pump is powered by chassis engine.
Pressure filter cleans the liquid and protects assembly units from contamination. It's
mounted for increasing the reliability of hydraulic system operation.

The mounting of 5-t counterbalance for improving loading characteristics is available on customer request. This will allow to
significantly increase crane hoisting capacity especially in the zone of medium and far booms as well as to achieve hoisting
capacity values of 50-ton cranes.

Light And Solid
The crane is equipped with 4-section telescopic jib the base and sections of which
constitute metalwork of two bended sections made of high-strength S700 steel. As a
result, the jib is light and robust.
This features allow operating even at extremely narrow angle of jib pitch and provide
stable robustness at ultimate loading.
The installation of video surveillance system for load mounting area (lifting)
monitoring with camera located at the fly jib (or jib) head and display at the operator
cab in order to increase the safety of operating at high-altitude objects is available on
customer request. Load-lifting characteristics of new 50-ton crane allow to use it at
the building of standard multi-storey apartment houses. These crane capabilities are
comparable to tracked crane features.
