This privilege shall be available until his or her 35th birthday or in the event of marriage, whichever comes first. While slots remain, up to four associated individuals (friends, co-workers, neighbors, members of associations such as the Chamber of Commerce) may create a Group and apply as individual members under the umbrella of one total initiation fee which covers all members of the Group. • A Group must have a minimum of two members. Members of a Group may apply for any classification of membership. If any of the members of a Group are applying as Active with Full Golf or Active with Weekday Golf, the total initiation is $5,000 which may be shared by all members of the Group. If none of the Group are applying as Active with Full Golf or Active with Weekday Golf, the total initiation fee is $2,500 which many be shared by all members of the Group. Individuals in the Group will go through the Club’s standard membership approval process and, if approved, will become individual members of Brookside with all the rights and responsibilities of their membership classification. Groups who do not have four members at time of application will maintain the right to utilize these slots for future prospective members at any time. How to Become a Member of Brookside Country Club W e look forward to welcoming you to the Brookside family of members! Membership is by invitation only and a prospective member must be sponsored by a current Club member. If you do not have a sponsor, Annie McGeary, our Membership Committee Liaison, will be happy to arrange an introduction to members of our Ambassador or Membership Committees. Prospective members and their families are invited to tour our facility and meet members and Club staff. The Club is open daily (with the exception of Monday) from 9 am until 5 pm for guided tours. If possible, please call in advance to schedule a tour. Additionally, throughout the year, the Club’s Membership Committee will host Prospective Member events. A calendar of these events is available at the Club office. Your membership application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee and you will be invited to meet with members of the committee for a casual and informative session. Your application will then be submitted to the Board of Directors for final approval. Upon acceptance, new members will be invited to an orientation and information reception with fellow members, the General Manager, Golf Professional and Tennis Professional.
