Say goodbye to conventional makeup! With Albéa,
the makeup however you want, quickly and easily.
Cushion Tint is an easy-to-hold, double-tipped makeup
pencil. The “tint” is in a color pencil dispenses the
makeup. At the other end there’s the “cushion”: an easyto-use foam pad to smooth in the color.
Makeup application in two quick and easy steps:
- First you apply the product to your lips or cheeks,
around the eyes or on the eyelids with the color
stick
- Then you gradually shade in using the foam pad
for a fantastic gradated effect.
Cushion Tint is in line with the “cushion” trend from Asia which gives a light sophisticated “naked”

Tube+Pump
solution for its
protective skin lightening range,
Diorsnow BB Crème UV Shield
Dior called in Albéa to develop Tube+Pumps for Diorsnow BB Crème UV Shield, its
protective skin lightening range of four references designed for the Asian market.
A real ode to purity, these 30ml tubes are fitted with the SP343 A lotion pump,
with a deep-dyed white cap fitted over the ring. Contouring and the Dior initials hot
stamped in silver and satin varnish provide high gloss and a delicate finish to the
pack.
Notable special features are the extremely precise the 4-phase screen printing
together with the silver hot stamping which stands out on the tube. All rounded off
by the flexo-printing of a delicate snowflake to bring out the product’s appeal and
elegance.
The SP343 A pump in its airless version is suitable for new viscous formulas such
as BB creams which combine several cosmetic benefits such as a faultless
covering finish, UV protection and even skin-lightening active ingredients. The
SP343 pump is fitted with a custom insert made for Dior for even distribution of
viscous formulas. A custom collar with “rice grain” effect on the sides has been
developed for better grasping of the cap and a high quality feel when opening it.
The Albéa range of Tube+Pump solutions offers the end user accurate
dispensing and an easy-to-carry format, a high product restitution ratio and 360°

The Nea technology platform is designed for today’s most sensitive and fragile formulations.
Lotion is a fast growing market in China (figures by Lynn) where we notice more and more
complex formulas such as moisturizing cream, whitening cream, BB and CC cream… To ensure
the protection of all these formulas, Albéa offer the Nea technology platform providing the right
packaging solution depending on the formula ‘s properties.
The Nea technology platform guarantees perfect neutrality with
respect to the formula. Thanks to a glass ball inside the engine
and a spring outside the dosage chamber, the formula never
comes into contact with the metal. This engine also protects
formulas from any risk of discoloration or incompatibility and for
even more protection, it can also be available with a self-sealing
actuator to avoid the drying out of formula.
Nea pump operates with smoothness and the high suction rate
can dispense any type of high viscosity.
This technology is available in airless (diameter 35mm for
30/40/50ml) or tubes + pumps, atmospheric for all skincare and
make up applications : BB cream, foundation….
Its elegant and modern design will bring differentiation on the
shelf thanks to Albéa customization design and decoration

Attraction, the new
plastic hinge system for
closing luxury compacts
Attraction, a proprietary technology developed by Albéa’s R&D, delivers gentle, pleasant closing
for compacts. The system’s innovation lies in fully plastic, pin-less hinge, which does away
with the need for magnets to close the compact. With no opening button, Attraction is more
streamlined and offers more design possibilities.
“Attraction reproduces the gentle feel of magnet closure systems without their additional cost. At a
price that is barely higher than a conventional hinge, Attraction increases the feeling of luxury when
closing the compact,” explains lips & compacts product manager Charlotte Wastyn.
This technology can be fitted with every compact shape, whether round, square, rectangular, oval
or custom, making it easy for brands to develop full ranges of compacts.
In addition, with no pin or magnet, Attraction is a more environmentally-friendly system.

On the occasion of Cosmopack Bologna from March 19 to 22
2015, Albéa, world leader in mascara, presents a new range
of multifunctional brushes with the evocative name of Jardin
Secret or secret garden. These three new brushes, stemming
from the combination of two Albéa technologies – Da Vinci
and Multizones – give exceptional results.
These new mascara brushes are produced at our new Albéa
Bottanuco site in Italy, European Centre of Excellence for
mascara and World Expertise Centre for the Albéa Tips Studio
program. This unique program brings together all the Albéa
group’s applicator know-how in fiber and plastic mascara brushes,
gloss applicators and eyeliner tips. Here we can invent, develop
and produce applicator solutions that enhance makeup application
techniques and multiply their effects.
Welcome to the Jardin Secret universe where you can
discover Camelia, Iris and Violet, three totally new fiber
brushes inspired by the world of flowers. Seen from above
these brushes are designed with unique petal-like forms for
fabulous eye makeup. The know-how used in designing this new
family of brushes results in different cuts and fiber types all in one
brush for a range of designs and uses. The symmetrical, feminine
brushes are extremely easy to use.

brush, formed by 3 petals with soft fibers, makes it easy to coat and lengthen the eyelashes. The

Reflexion™, the
Plastic Barrier
Laminate (PBL) tube
with brilliant
metallic effects and bounce back
properties
Albéa, the world leader in cosmetic tube
manufacturing, is launching its latest innovation,
Reflexion™ tubes.
These Plastic Barrier Laminate (PBL) tubes have a web
structure with multiple metallic effects and bounce back
properties similar to conventional plastic tubes.
This innovation lets the tube return to its original shape
once any pressure has been let up, while benefiting from
a metallic effect, which is not the case with the
conventional laminate tubes used for a metallic
appearance until now.
Thanks to a specific process developed by Albéa, an expert in tube manufacturing processes for 50
years, the Reflexion™ tube offers a vast range of metallic effects.
Brands can now choose an ultra-gloss, mirror effect, metallic decoration or satin metallic gloss,
brushed aluminum effect or a hot-stamped effect by reverse printing. The tubes can be printed in
8 colors by flexography, silks creening and hot stamping. Metallic effects can also be combined
with photo-realistic, gradated, matt & gloss and other effects for even greater standout.
In addition, thanks to a new seaming process and 360° printing, the side seam is virtually invisible
and almost imperceptible to the touch.
The Reflexion™ tube can also help to lower environmental impact. Its carbon footprint is reduced
by:
- 11%* compared with a conventional aluminum laminate tube.
- 33%* compared with a plastic tube covered with a metallized label.

Reflexion™ tubes are now available with a 50mm diameter for 100 - 300ml volumes. Tubes can be
fitted with screw caps or flip tops including CebalCap™, Slender™ and AccessDenied™, in matt or

Reflexion™ tubes are manufactured at Albéa’s different laminate tube production sites in Europe,
Asia and the Americas.
