4. We will send you an email or call to confirm receipt of your order.
Payment Options:
Your order will be processed when 40% deposit is received. Please calculate 40% of the total cost of your order before
shipping. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque or money order.
Cheques and money orders are payable to Tutu Gallery.
Delivery:
Most of our Basic, Rehearsal and Classical tutus are ready for immediate shipping; all other styles will be shipped within a
couple of weeks depending on the time of the year.
Please call us to confirm exact shipping date.
Costumes in our catalogue are available throughout the year; however, availability may be limited after April 1 due to
stock limitations.
Shipping:
3% shipping fee is added to all orders. We use Canada Post ground service but would be happy to send your order by
courier if you instruct us to do so and you wish to cover the extra expense. Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Exchange policy:
Bust - Measure the fullest part of the chest with arms down.
Waist - Measure around natural waistline.
High Hip - Measure around hip bone area at 3 inches below the waist.
Full Hip - Measure around the fullest part of the buttocks.
Girth - Measure from the center of the shoulder, down the front, through the crotch, and up the back to the starting point.
When in doubt, size up. Your parents would rather take a tuck than have a costume too tight.
It`s extremely important to get accurate high hip measurement for all our tutus.
