Jackson Racing, having successfully supercharged and tuned the Acura RSX Type-S, eagerly anticipated the delivery of the new Civic SI. Honda's new K20A3
engine offers a strong torque curve from throttle input all the way to redline. Large valves and a square bore and stroke (86mm x 86mm) were ideal for making
power. However, the K20A3 engine didn't have a high-speed cam, thus its 6500 RPM redline proved to be a challenge to making big power gains.
So, Jackson Racing built the SI Supercharger system around its new Gen IV JR62 Supercharger. Utilizing the latest fourth-generation Eaton Rotor Group
supercharger, Jackson Racing designed and developed a proprietary housing with improved intake and discharge port timing. The result is a highly efficient
supercharger that creates boost more quickly while also reducing discharge temperatures.
Street System
Fuel Management is provided by Jackson Racing's Powercard™ with digital tuning technology. This simple but effective plug-and-play system takes full
control of the fuel injector only under boost. The gains in power are truly impressive. The Street version, which carries CARB EO #D-344-10, had a horsepower
increase of 42% to 178.6 and 149.3 lb-ft of torque compared to a baseline of 125.3 HP/115.9 lb-ft of torque. Stay tuned for the release of Jackson Racing's
higher-boost Race Supercharger!
Race System
For fuel management Jackson Racing teamed up with Honda computer specialists Hondata. Hondata reflashes a factory ECU to change engine parameters such
as ignition timing, cam phasing and rev limit (now 7500 rpm), to name a few. By tailoring the ECU to the supercharger we have realized huge power gains and
retained daily reliability and drivability. The new Race Upgrade Kit raises boost output to 8psi with a 4.0" supercharger pulley. Fuel and timing maps are
perfected to work with the instant boost provided by the JR62 Gen IV Supercharger. The combination delivers an increase of 80 horsepower, over stock, along with
huge gains in torque throughout the powerband.

Jackson Racing had a serious challenge on their hands when they set out to create a supercharger system for the Acura RSX Type-S. A more stringent emissions
package, restrictive intake & exhaust systems, deadhead fuel system and an 11:1 compression ratio presented huge roadblocks to building a powerful yet fully
street-able supercharger system. The I-VTEC system and huge intake and exhaust valves found in the K20 engine revealed the potential for incredible power gains,
and could not be overlooked.
At the heart of this completely new system is Jackson Racing's Gen IV JR62 Supercharger. Utilizing the latest fourth-generation Eaton Rotor Groups, Jackson Racing
designed and developed a proprietary supercharger housing with improved intake and discharge port timing. The result is a highly efficient supercharger that
creates boost more quickly while also reducing discharge temperatures.
Another significant advance is JR’s Digital Tuning Technology. The days of “sensor manipulation” are gone, JR's new electronics take complete control of the fuel
injectors while under boost. This new “plug & play” system installs in minutes and offers full self-diagnostic capability. After countless hours of development and
hundreds of dyno runs, Jackson Racing has achieved astonishing results. Our CARB approved street system runs 5psi of boost increasing horsepower 35% and
torque 30%.
Want to take your RSX to the Next Level? Our Race system features a JR Tuned/Hondata flashed ECU program, 5psi of boost, and 550cc injectors. By flashing the ECU, JR and Hondata were able to adjust cam phasing, ignition timing and raise the rev limiter. All this results in a 60% increase in horsepower bringing
the total to 255 HP at the wheels. Our Race system is not CARB exempt.

The poster child for Jackson Racing superchargers is certainly the B Series supercharger system. Magazine editors are raving about the power, the flexibility and
the total integration of the JR supercharger system. And who wouldn't, with 40% more horsepower and 35% more torque. Everyday driving becomes a whole new
experience. Don't feel like downshifting to pass the car ahead...well don't. Just squeeze the throttle and let the massive JR supercharged torque thrust you
forward. Keep an eye on the speedo - a JR-equipped Integra or Civic SI is so smooth, it's one of the most deceptively fast cars you'll ever drive.
For those of us where a lot is good but more is always better check out our new line of racing high boost systems. For fuel management duties we use a
reprogrammed Honda ECU from Hondata. Hondata has broken Honda's code and is able to manipulate the factory timing and fuel maps for proper fuel
management to 12psi of boost. In addition, they increase the stock rev limiter and engage VTEC at only 1psi of boost. The instant power of the Jackson Racing
supercharger coupled with the perfect tuning of the Hondata ECU makes this an unbeatable package for maximum power. High boost systems include a complete
Jackson Racing supercharger system, 6-8-11psi boost pulleys, Hondata S200 reprogrammed ECU, and 440cc injectors.

Who can argue with the versatility and durability of Honda's little 1.6L SOHC workhorse. However, the
same attributes that make it a great "econobox" engine such as small ports, small valves, and small
combustion chambers, severely limit its ability to breathe and perform like its big twin-cam brothers.
A Jackson Racing supercharger system can change all that. By forcing air into the engine with up to

Prelude owners can have the best of all worlds - lots of engine displacement, VTEC
technology and JR's top-of-the-line supercharger system. With a handful of standard
performance upgrades, this combination will put almost 235hp to the pavement. Like all
Jackson Racing supercharger systems, the Prelude system has been tuned to deliver
outstanding performance while meeting all emissions and operating in various climate
conditions on premium pump fuel. By adding JR's new VPAC, a VTEC controller that allows
you to adjust VTEC activation from 2,500-6,000rpm with a knob from inside the car, the
power curve can be adjusted to suit your driving style. With almost 200ft. lbs. of torque on
tap the toughest part will be getting all of the power to the ground.

Jackson Racing's stage 2 upgrade goes straight for the jugular. Fuel management and
timing duties are handled by a Hondata reprogrammed ECU. With VTEC engagement set
to kick in at 1psi of boost (at any rpm over 2500), a stab of the throttle delivers an even
larger dose of torque. Engine HP and torque are still rising at the stock redline, so we've
raised the rev limit. After spending hundreds of hours on the dyno at Jackson Racing's
R&D shop, B series engines can now take advantage optimized fuel and timing maps, at

JR BOOST TIMING CONTROLLER
The JR Timing Controller is specifically designed for your forced induction vehicle. This unit has an
extensive list of features, which make this the best timing controller available. Hundreds of hours on
the dyno were needed to dissect and then re-map the perfect timing curve. The timing curve is
three-dimensional. It looks at RPM, Boost, and Timing. It only retards timing where necessary and
timing is advanced wherever possible. Only the highest quality industrial and automotive grade
componentry is used. All circuitry is encapsulated to provide superior protection against moisture,
vibration and shock. Circuitry has built in safeguards against incorrect installation, improper jump
starting and sudden electrical failure. Adjustable timing curve - allows up to 2 degrees of retard per
pound of boost. Adjustment is incredibly accurate using our in cockpit adjuster. The knob has detents,
which allow you to accurately make changes or return to exactly where you started. Each click of the
knob is one tenth of a degree of retard per pound of boost. 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.

VTEC PERFORMANCE AMPLIFIER CONTROLLER
Take control of your VTEC actuation with our Jackson Racing VPAC. Our unique amplifier comes with an adjustable dial that allows VTEC engagement from 2500 rpm to
6000 rpm. Jackson Racing has developed the VPAC to allow you to control when the VTEC system is activated for different racing applications. The VPAC uses signals from
all of the important VTEC supply inputs and amplifies these signals to change the engagement point of the VTEC system. This means no guessing on how much extra fuel
you will need. Our controller accesses the VTEC fuel map on the ECU for continued proper fuel delivery once VTEC is engaged. Factory safety features such as proper
engine temperature and oil pressure are retained to ensure maximum safety. For maximum performance on forced induction cars we recommend installing our Jackson
Racing Boost Timing Controller. Our VPAC compliments our BTC to put full timing back into the car when VTEC is actuated. The VPAC sports a Jackson Racing logo that
lights up in red when the car is started and a VPAC logo that lights up blue when the VTEC engagement point you have set is reached.

MAP SENSOR CONTROLLER
We take advantage of the quick operation of the factory MAP sensor and combine it with our advanced
electronic circuitry to allow faster and more complete control of the fuel curve. With the new MAP Controller
installed, the MAP sensor is now able to read boost without illuminating the "check engine" light. Electronically,
we convert this new MAP signal, which now reads vacuum and boost, to put the ECU into open loop operation
immediately upon reaching 0 vacuum. The benefits are a smoother transition from vacuum to boost and lower
overall "tip-in" fuel pressure settings.

These are the correct replacement belts for your supercharged screamer.
Belt length is critical to maintain proper tension, ensuring maximum
boost! Manufactured from durable, high grade Dupont 800 series nylon
with a Dupont/Corning fiberglass for increased strength. Our pulley's
can handle a dynamic load rating of 1530 lbs. We use only top quality
NSK bearings rated to withstand 24,000 RPM of continuous use for
2500 hours. These are the last Idler Pulley's you will ever need!

LIQUID INTERCOOLING SYSTEM
Kill detonation – not performance! Forced induction increases throttle response and
power throughout the entire rpm range. Unfortunately, more power equals more heat!
Most people simply retard the timing to lower the heat, which results in power loss. Our
liquid intercooling water injection system gives you the best of both worlds, with
highly advanced timing for horsepower and a mist of water that lowers temperatures
up to 100 degrees.

HONDATA GASKETS
Hondata has developed a special high temperature insulating gasket which replaces
the stock intake gasket. The Honda manifold is heated in up to 5 places - From the
cylinder head, the cold idle valve, the idle control valve and the throttle body heater.
Hondata’s new gasket coupled with bypassing several heat sources significantly
reduces the transfer of heat from the cylinder head to the intake manifold and
incoming air giving you up to 5% more power. The intake manifold is made of
aluminum and because it is heated by the cylinder head from combustion and
coolant, it works to increase intake air temperature by as much as 75° F. In fact, for
every 5° F rise in intake temperature, air density drops 1%. The hotter the air, the
less fuel the computer injects to compensate for reduced oxygen. Around town,
testing has shown an average drop of around 20 degrees F which is good for a 3
percent power increase. In certain conditions a 50° F drop has been measured.The
Heat shield gasket kit contains an insulating gasket and installation instructions.

When you add a supercharger, you need more fuel at a higher pressure. Odds are
your stock pump will not meet this demand. The result is a dangerously lean running
condition. There are plenty of generic pumps out there, but only the Jackson Racing
High Output Fuel Pump has been specified to deliver the correct amount of fuel.
Manufactured by an OEM vendor, our pump is a direct in-tank replacement. If you
are installing a supercharger, we highly suggest replacing your stock fuel pump at
the same time.
