Ankeny Course
Directions: DMACC Campus, Ankeny
1. From West Des Moines take I-235 E
2. Keep left at fork towards 35N/Minneapolis and merge onto I-35 N
3. Take Exit 90 for IA-160 W/Oralabor Rd. toward Bondurant. Turn left onto Oralabor Rd.
4. Turn right onto DMACC Blvd.
The course is in the Southwest corner of campus, across the road from the first parking lot on
your right when you turn onto DMACC Blvd.
Ames/ISU Cross Country Course
Directions:
1. Go north on I-35 towards Ames
2. Take Exit 111B to merge onto 30W towards Ames
3. Stay on 30W for 3.5 miles
4. Take Exit 146 and merge right onto University Pkwy.
5. Turn left onto Mortenson Pkwy (first stoplight).
6. After about 1/2 mile you will see cross country field on your right hand side on the northwest
corner of Mortenson Rd. and Hayward Ave. You can usually find parking along Hayward Ave. On
some occasions the towers residence hall parking lot is opened for event parking and signs are
posted. The towers parking lot will be on the right, just before you get to Hayward Ave. at Welch
Ave.
Marshalltown Course
Directions:
1. Take I-235E (proceed 12.1 miles)
2. Take Exit 137A to merge onto I-80E toward Davenport (4.3 miles)
3. Take Exit 142 for US-6 W/US-65 N toward Altoona/Bondurant/Marshalltown (0.2 miles)
4. Turn left onto NE Hubbell Ave. (10 miles)
5. Continue onto US-65 N (4.5 miles)
6. Continue onto IA-330 N (20.1 miles)
7. Turn right to merge onto US-30 E/240th, continue to follow as 30E (5.3 miles)
8. Take exit 185 for IA-14 toward Business district/Marshalltown (0.4 miles)
9. Turn right onto IA-14 S / S Center Street (0.2 miles)
10. Marshalltown Community College will be on your left

Indianola Course
Directions: Pickard Park (1456 Hwy 92, Indianola, IA)
1. Take I-35 S toward Kansas City
2. Take Exit 68 to merge onto IA-5 S toward WDM/Norwalk
(11.1 miles)
3. Take exit 70A to merge onto US-65 S/US-69 S toward Indianola (10.7 miles)
4. Turn left onto IA-92 E/E 2nd Ave. Continue to follow IA-92 E (1.6 miles)
5. Pickard Park will be on your right hand side east of the high school and junior high.

Elementary)
1. Take University Avenue west, past Des Moines Golf and Country Club.
2. Turn right onto SE Boone Ave/92nd Street.
3. The park will be on the left about a half mile up the road and after the 4-way stop.
***THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ALLOWED ON THE RESIDENTIAL STREETS AROUND RIDGE
POINT PARK OR ROBERT BROWNELL SPORTS COMPLEX. VIOLATORS MAY BE TICKETED
OR TOWED.
Fort Dodge Course
Directions: Lakeside Municipal Golf Course, Fort Dodge
1. Take I-235 West to exit 123B. Merge onto I-35 N/I-80 E toward Minneapolis/Chicago .
2. Take exit 127 for IA-141 W toward Urbandale/Grimes
3. Turn right onto IA-141 W/NW Urbandale Dr. Continue to follow IA-141 W (about 23 mins)
4. Take the US-169 ramp to Ogden/Adel
5. Turn right onto US-169 N/N Ave and continue to follow US-169 N (about 14 mins)
6. Turn right to merge onto US-169 N/U.S. 30 W/220th St
7. Turn right onto US-169 N/D Ave. Continue to follow US-169 N (about 17 mins)
8. Turn left onto IA-175 W/US-169 N/360th St
9. Turn right onto US-169 N/Lainson Ave. Continue to follow US-169 N (about 23 mins)
10. Turn right onto 170th St
11. Turn left onto Nelson Ave Destination will be on the left: Lakeside Municipal Golf Course.
