Introduction
Česká zbrojovka a.s. is today the only direct
successor of the famous tradition covering the interwar
Czechoslovakian arms industry.
The Company was founded
in 1936, when the renowned
Strakonice’s arms factory
established a subsidiary for
manufacture of aircraft
machine guns and signal
pistols in Uherský Brod, the
town located in the Southeastern Moravia. In practice
we can talk about the history
going back as far as the
year 1920, since a large staff
of experienced employees
was moved from Strakonice
to the new plant in Uherský
Brod. Thanks to this strategy
the quality of production
in Uherský Brod achieved an
exceptionally high level right
from the beginning.
Already in 1945 the factory
in Uherský Brod commenced
production of civilian firearms
which henceforth became – with
the exception of short break in
the first half of the 1950s, when
the company was for the last
time delivering only to security
and armed forces – the integral
part of its portfolio.
Since 1950 the arms factory
in Uherský Brod is an
independent company, despite
being incorporated over the
following decades within
various organizational units.
In 1988 the company returned
to its original brand name
Česká zbrojovka. Following
the political regime change in
the then Czechslovakia Česká
zbrojovka a.s (joint-stock
company) was established in the
form as is known today, and
that on 1st May 1992.
The company success is for
the long-term based on the
balanced combination of
manufacture of civilian and
service weapons complemented
with precision mechanical
engineering production,
currently focused mostly on
cooperation with automotive
and aircraft industry. Common
features of all products made
by Česká zbrojovka a.s. as well
as its subsidiaries, that is CZ-USA
and Zbrojovka Brno, s.r.o are
their high quality and reliability
standards, for firearms also
excellent accuracy and
user friendliness. There is of
course a great commitment
to continued modernization
of the production equipment,
technologies improvement as
well as the extra care taken to
research and development.
Česká zbrojovka a.s. is
traditionally ranked among
the world’s biggest producers
of small arms, for which it
uses respected product brand
names such as CZ, Brno Rifles,
Slavia, Dan Wesson, CZ-USA and
Safari Classics. More than 80%
of arms produced in Uherský
Brod is exported to hundred
countries worldwide.

The CZ rimfire rifles - This is a long
tradition spanning nearly half of the century.
With one million of units sold worldwide
surpassed a long time ago and global
popularity continues.
Czech rimfire rifles are
phenomenon well known
across all continents, their
tradition goes back to 1945.
Česká zbrojovka a.s. engages
in the production of rimfire
rifles since 1964 and always
takes extra care in their
modernization. Since turn
of 2009/2010 the Company
offers also modular multicalibre series with the CZ 455
designation. With this model
the CZ Uherský Brod made a
successful jump, which in this
field goes deep into 21st Century.
A significant generation
change was also achieved in

Česká zbrojovka a.s. is
engaged in production of
pistols designed for defence,
service and sport continuously
since 1957. The company
commenced this production
with models taken over
from other manufacturers
in then Czechoslovakia, but
soon it embarked on their
modernization and since 1960s
the company started with its
own handguns design. This
brought to the world the
legendary CZ 75, which in its

Timeless seventy-five with its
ingenious trigger mechanism
served as a base for design of
widely spread family of derived
models from subcompacts and
compacts over to tactical and
sport pistols up to IPSC specials,
where each of them ranks in its
category among the absolute
top in the world.
A generation leap was brought
about by the simplified omega
trigger mechanism, which
besides gradual application
in the classically solved
seventy-fives became the heart
of the modern polymer framed
CZ 75 P-07 Duty. The breaking
news for 2013 is a new line of
partly tuned service, defence
and sporting pistols of the
shadow line with design where
we see components of the
exceptionally successful CZ 75

RAMI
The CZ 2075 RAMI subcompact offers all the main
features of the CZ 75 pistols – high power, outstanding
accuracy and superior ergonomics – this all
in combination with extra small dimensions.
The CZ 2075 RAMi saw this world
at the beginning of the new
millennium with a view to
provide fans of the CZ 75 family
also with back-up or very small
defence handgun. This seventyfive baby with a 3-inch barrel
and durable aluminium alloy
frame took over the trigger
and firing mechanism from its
bigger sisters, but contrary
to them uses a block around
the barrel´s chamber area that
locks into ejection port. Despite
its minimum size the RAMI is highly
accurate and exceptionally
comfortable to hold, this can
be even improved with the use of
extended capacity magazine.

The standard version of the CZ 75 B Ω with
steel frame is the first from the family of pistols
made in Uherský Brod adapted for the use
of the revolutionary Omega trigger mechanism.
An excellent trigger mechanism
of the CZ 75 pistols was
designed in the early 1970s by
the legendary František Koucký.
For a long time it seemed that
his idea of trigger in a role
of single-arm lever and with
symmetrical trigger bar only
small things can be improved.
However, the new generation
of Česká zbrojovka designers
managed to do something
virtually impossible and in 2008
presented radically simplified
Omega trigger system, which
besides better durability and
improvement in user properties

Safety Stop on the Hammer – A half-cock safety notch on the hammer so as to prevent it from striking the firing pin when the hammer is manually cocked and a thumb could slip.
Firing Pin Safety - The firing pin safety keeps the firing pin blocked until the trigger is pulled. This safety device minimises the risk of accidental discharge through mishandling such as when a loaded pistol
is dropped.
Decocking - Serves for the lowering of the hammer from the cocked position to the hammer safety notch. There is no necessity to manipulate the trigger and hammer manually. When the hammer is decocked,
the pistol is safe for all normal handling and yet is ready for immediate use.
Manual safety - Manual safety is applied by the user when putting the firearm on safe.
Magazine safety - Blocks the trigger mechanism unless the magazine is inserted into pistol frame.

The latest generation of
submachine guns made in
Uherský Brod the CZ SCORPION
EVO 3 A1 in 9mm Luger cal. is
among the most advanced and
accomplished of its category.
The superb ergonomic and
shooting properties are retained
also in the CZ SCORPION EVO
3 S1, which differs from the
A1 version by being disabled
to shoot in the full-auto
and short bursts modes of
fire. Through extensive use
of durable polymers and
sophisticated design it is a light,

mechanism is interchangeable
with the trigger mechanism
made without a set trigger (can
be had for rimfire rifles from
the Serial No. A956497 onwards).
This mechanism gives a crisp
trigger pull with no creep
and with activated set-trigger
